This is my simple formula that helps me keep the vibe going and helps me stay in the creative flow while making music. It can be pretty defeating, stumbling around trying to make a new pattern or come up with new ideas. But this has helped me create new ideas and inspire me to hear things differently when making music. Of course, it's not the end all be all, but it's a stepping stone in the right direction!
