A hand cam overview of my scaffold built down pipe forge.
It took me an afternoon to build and is likely not as efficient as it could be, however it is efficient enough for the moment. I will be replacing this chap with a ribbon forge shortly.
I mentioned a few different people in the video.

Thanks for the video Graham, fantastic video and advice! I have always been curious about that set up! I built myself a big coal forge but I would like to get a gas forge for the benifits (quick start and low maintenance especially!) if you could start over again and pick a new gas forge, which one would you pick/think is the best for armour? Perhaps an enclosed ribbon burner? Cheers for the advice!

You've got it, I would go for a larger ribbon forge, about half as big as my current Frankenforge. I would then try and make a smaller, more concentrated downforge for raising stuff. And finally a gas saver oxy prop setup. Glad the video is useful :)
