@@ka5686 I just want to control my mind if I don't get the tasty and healthy at that time i would crave for junk food, but if I can control myself I would not be dependent on tasty food.
Just a suggestion* please have protein filled food at specific time. Have 5 meals in a day in small quantities. There are alot of diet plans available on RU-vid. You can follow them as it is or change them accordingly to your need. Don't buy packed food (chips, biscuit etc) bcz if you have them at home you will end up eating them, instead have makhana, popcorn, boiled corn anything that is healthy yet filling.
