The sister will try to push the child/financing the child’s life on OP as soon as the parents are either retired & out of money or deceased. OP needs to sue, then go fully NC. Buying that car was the last straw
Practicly the parents used all the trust fund up even the one for OP and now refuse to give the money back. They even used the mondy to buy a car for the sister. The parents tried to talk sister to an abortion, for help from the goverment and even to find the childs father but sister didn't want any of those, so the parents saw no choice than doing that. OP mobed to her boyfriends house and is now talking to a lawyer about this case. He said good chance that there is going to be a trial but he is going to get a second opinion. An aunt found out about it tried to talk with the parents they just tried to justefy but never said sorry. Sister excused herself with the words "the parents said to shut up about it and she didn't know they gonna use everything" that's every thing until update 2 .
The way she says that the money was put into accounts in the parents' names makes me think that the money isn't in a proper trust fund. If it was, the OP would be in a much better legal position.
