My slab has settled, do I use Piers or Polyjacking?

Concrete slabs (flat pieces of concrete laid on the ground) can be anything from a sidewalk to a home to a parking lot. For low-weight situations like sidewalks, driveways, patios, interior basement floors, Polyjacking will work wonders. For higher weight situations like homes, buildings, or sheds, Piering may be the proper solution.
Most slabs, even thicker ones, without much additional building weight on top of them, can be Polyjacked in order to help re-level concrete. The larger structures require piers to be able to support and lift up that extra weight.

I have a 4' x 6' sidewalk concrete slab along the side of my house and two of them slope towards the house. Could this be a DIY project to raise the concrete slab? How would one go about doing it ? What material is used and where to purchase it at?

Hi Michael! It is not a DIY project, unfortunately. At least not unless you have an extensive background in concrete. This requires specialized equipment and knowledge, and the material isn't available on a small scale. Best thing to do is find a good company in your area that can help with the repair.
