I know all these model trucks except the newer Kenworths. Love the SARS and COEs and Macks. The Inter with bonnet up, even the UD CWA45 looks okay. Back when there where different brands and styles. Many thanks for this upload.
Back when we were real truck drivers, knew how to load, rope, chain and tarp a load. Started in the 70's driving a 1418 Benz, Melbourne to Sydney. Then into an 88 Volvo running general freight from Melbourne and Adelaide into the outback of Queensland and New South Wales. Promoted to a white Road Commander, then bought the first of my two trucks, a k125 Kenworth and later a Ford Louisville LNT 9000. Real trucks, real drivers. Yes we had the coyboys on the roads and we had shit companies to work for. But in the main they were good people. Pulled the pin and sold up in 91 due to health issues. Climbed up into my brothers KW a few years back. Really light power steering, cruise control, 18 speed auto. Load binders, auto curtains or whatever the damn things are. They aren't drivers anymore, they're wheel jockeys and semi trained monkeys. Glad I'm retired. I miss the old days and the old (new then) rigs.

I started in 74 , Drove most of them , ran Melb Syd to start with then got Birs work , that was good I got some sleep and later allover the place , I love Louisvilles with 903 , S2 Kenworth with a 903 , my Road Boss with a 892tta 435 Hp , I'm 72 now don't drive trucks anymore but I still ride my Bike a 1985 Evo we have done 280,000 Ks together , All I know is we worked hard for our pay , and met good people on the way , I'm glad I did it , the problem is I still miss it .
I bet those tankers in the 70s and 80s were some sons of bitches to drive with no friggin barriers, that liquid just going front to back and side to side 😬😬
