Thanks man needed this video nothing in life is perfect but I definitely can appreciate a man thats honest about I'm a heavy traveler as well and having a good reliable bag is everything I still like the bag and his concept they get those kinks out of course the price would jump but possibly have a bag for a good solid year or two. I'm still going to try them out but I'ma go with their polyester bag instead. The leather on the bag seems phenomenal I must say

I never reached out to them, they may have been willing to help. I chose to sell on eBay and take a loss. I was really surprised how poorly they held up. Really loved the color and the size and the setup but the reliability was so poor

Good review but the problem is there is nobody else really making similar products on the market. If you want a Nylon version of this you can find a few options but no other bags/duffles that cater towards traveling with multiple shoes AND also giving you even room for clothes.
Honestly not sure. The best luck I have ever had is with my leather bags from coach. But they aren’t large enough for shoes. I usually clip shoes to my bag with a carabiner
