Though I haven’t finished watching, thank you for including footage of your vehicle. Too many times, there are gorgeous landscapes, but no perspective regarding just how vast some of these mountains really are. When I see the tiny bit that’s your truck against the backdrop, it just makes it all the more jaw dropping how massive, amazing, raw our planet really is. So, thank you for thinking of this-and thank you for taking us where I know *I’ll* never have an opportunity to see in person. In the coming days, I’m gonna need to re-watch this on the mega t.v and share with the family. It’s just too stunning NOT to! Very nice footage, but some of the things you did like going over the Lines at the waterfall is very dangerous and frankly not allowed, and i wonder if you got the permissions to fly your drones in some of the areas shown, ( they can be such a pestilence) both disturbing nature, and the people trying to enjoy it, but they do provide great footage, and also it didnt seem like you camped at a designated campsite, just pulled off where ever you felt like? off trail driving in the highlands and just everywhere in Iceland is a real problem and we deal with the markings left by cars trying to restore nature to its original beauty but its very hard, by doing all of this mentioned above will inspire others to do so, and our tiny country has such a fragile infrastructure if any especially in those very rural areas, you wont believe the amount of trash i have picked up after tourists , its absolutely insane. my point with this message is be more informative about the rules and guidelines to follow and lead by an example, for example dont step on the moss when youre showing off your breakfast you just cooked. sincerely Your Icelandic Park Ranger.

Hey Daniel! I appreciate you reaching out with this comment. Outside of crossing the waterfall lines, everything was done legally! No where in the highlands am I driving off road. I am always on an F Road. The drone footage is shot entirely outside of the no fly zones and I never flew in areas with protected birds or wildlife/or close to people. I slept during the days and not at night due to the sunrise/set times and always slept in the defender at trailheads or campgrounds. And lastly, I don't believe it's a huge deal that I walked down to the river after making my breakfast. I spend a great deal of time picking up trash while living on the road too so I completely understand your concern. Hope this clarifies anything for you. Cheers
