I saw this story. I saw the video for it as well, and the security footage. Absolutely heartbreaking, may the poor boy rest in peace, but those cops? There’s a pit of hell specifically for them. 💔🕊️
I feel like they should get fired cause first off u got swatted and swatted mean the person made a fake phone call emergency and 2nd they didn't care about his med condition and they didn't listen to u
@@FyyjfyviJgyifyviiyv one your never going to get arrested for a noise complaint two your not going to be thrown into a jail cell he will be in a community prison with other inmates and three of you have a disability the police officers in charge are notified of them so yeah very fake
This is part of the reason I try to be as straight laced as possible because as an autistic person this situation is exactly what I’m afraid of If I’m confined or feel trapped I will panic It’s just like when there’s a stray animal in a cage They will freak out and hurt themselves just out of fear/trying to escape People are not exempt from having this experience on top of autism causing heightened sensory issues for a lot of people. This situation would be highly detrimental to the well being of someone who struggles to regulate themselves even in normal environments
This is why I don't even talk in public anymore if I can avoid it and I have to do all my classes at home because over my past 14 years of being a free adult I've been classically conditioned to go into a state of amygdala hijack whenever I'm around people.
a noise complaint isn’t a big deal. If you call one in, the teens next door will most likely just get a "hey quiet it down over here“. but that is if the cops are any good and not on a total power trip.
1. What is the crap 2. i am sorry for your loss 3. You could win a lawsuit if you wanted to sue 4. WHY THE COPS STRIP HIM AND THROW HIM INTO A CELL WITH NO CLOTHES
Because it’s a fake story and that further pushes the plot of bad treatment and injustice Which then gets everyone to run to the comments saying the same thing about you could sue like it’s an original idea
It's real, there is also another comment saying that they have read this story before and have also seen its video. At least confirm before making a conclusion and double check yourself.
A similar situation happened with a 19 year old named Isaiah. He was also autistic and he died from slamming his head into the wall. It’s saddening to see how much this happens
@@SuperMechs-wk6uw lmao what u can sue the police department and the individual police the story probably is fake but you could 100% sue them in a real situation like this.
@@youravreage13yrold71"not their fault" HE WAS BEGGING, SCREAMING, AND THE COPS DID NOTHING EXCEPT MAKE IT WORSE AND HE ALSO HAS MENTAL PROBLEMS HOW IS IT HIS FAULT???
Even if this specific story is fake, its based on a true story. There is video footage of a young man who got arrested for being too loud in his apartment as he was schizophrenic and would yell at himself. The cops came and arrested him because he had a prior warrant. He was locked in a cell and started banging his head. They restrained him but kept badgering him and it only pushed him further into insanity. He was begging for his medication but the cops wouldnt do anything or get a medic. Later that same night he died from banging his head. So it does happen. And the thing is I've seen so many people get arrested and say they have physical injuries and they get medical care before even being taken to jail (even if its obvious there is nothing wrong with them) but people going through actual psychosis can't get care...
@@girlpower_gacha well I also hear drug addicts will also try to act crazy so they can get drugs. They might have just seen him as drug-seeking...but it's still messed up.
Actually this did happen. It happened in the USA and there’s security footage of the incident. I heard jt made the news in several states/towns as well. The case was still ongoing last time I checked but they left the boy there for hours with nobody helping him
I have a 12 yo autistic son called Ethan and this hit me hard. He gets loud and over excited about things. I hope and pray this never happens to him. 😢❤
Ma'am, I apologize for your loss. You should totally sue these police officers for their ignorance and conduct, and all they've got. Even if they were just ignorant of your son's condition, they should've known better and at least have humanity and compassion.
This is a harsh reminder to all. Calling the police on an autistic person is very often a death sentence for them in the US. Stories like this are shockingly common.
My older sister has tourrettes and I have autism. I feel so bad for him because neither of them are easy to handle, not to mention have both for one person. Sue the hell outta them gurlie
How if you are a professional do you not see people are on a spectrum I have no degree but could tell someone who is on the spectrum or drunk or loaded...do not allow this to go unpunished...sue till there is no one left to sue...i pray for your sorrw and strength!
i’m going to cry… The police were so wrong for not letting him… I, personally if i got permission first, would’ve let him. I’m really sorry that the mother had to deal with that
Its so sad because I know so many people that are police officers and they are the nicest people youll ever meet, but the n there are the corrupt ones that make stories like this happen
But they did. This is actually a real story and the security footage is public, there was a few news articles about this case in the USA and it’s an ongoing case
The cops didn't harm him, he did it to himself. Police see hundreds of guys break down behind bars. They can't treat every case as if they were special.
Instant lawsuit and prison sentence for the officers in question after a serious trial has taken place because what happened in the prison cell can't be ignored ever.
My brother is autistic. If anyone ever did this to my brother, they'd have more than a few lawsuits to deal with. It's sad that, even to this day, this is still how a lot of people with disabilities are treated by law enforcement. I have a few disabilities too but I can do a lot of things myself so it's kinda hard to tell.
