There are a lot of false allegations made, by evil narcissists . There needs to be repercussions for these devious malicious accusers. They should get the prison sentence the people they accused would have had.

I had a legal aid solicitor say "unless he (me) pleads guilty, I'm (lawyer) out of here". He left! 2 years later case was dropped
@Rexhunterj
@Rexhunterj 8 дней назад
Had the same happen to me with my ex claiming abuse against me. All charges were dropped, their AVOs out against me were dropped and mine were upheld against her and her psychotic family. But I was never apologised to for the prejudice I experienced as a male in the system. Nor did the police ever apologise for their part in this abuse. Being in near-abject poverty made it impossible to follow up the illegal activity the police, courts and my ex's lawyer made to try and pin me for violence against her and my daughter. I still haven't seen my daughter since she was 9 months old since I was cleared of all wrong doing. Cops won't enforce my custody papers, citing "Your ex-partner feels uncomfortable with you on the property so the exchange of custody cannot occur here, please arrange for it at a later date in a safe location" She would deny any request to meet in a public location, even the police station. I had to travel for 3 hours to just see if I was allowed to execute my custody order every time I was knocked back, so I stopped wasting my precious time.

I have been in more legal trouble than most but my advantage is I worked as a paralegal specialized in criminal appeals. When I get an attorney, appointed or hired, I make it very clear, "You work for me, not the other way around. If that's a problem leave now." But I know their tricks. The entire system plays on the average person's ignorance. And I have won every time.

I thought after 18 years after my own experience that I would be able to watch this... but have found it very triggering and realise just how traumatised I must have been at the time... I'm so glad that Lucas was able to get some justice, despite the whole process... it really is a life sentence... and this just shows how the system manipulates people, and how the wrong legal team can make or break a case...

I was guilty unless I proved otherwise and I had been putting up with him non stop harrassing me. I ended up just agreeing to a bargain deal because I was so over the anxiety and fear. I considered teaching, i backed out. My eldest wanted to go in to the young child industry, being good with kids is how we are, he couldnt get in and i dont think he regrets it. My false accusation came in a workplace on a temp job. It was done internal and took 3 months. I wasnt told I was cleared, I had to call the company to be informed I was cleared. The girl suffered nothing... but my family, we all suffered... I will never work with a woman again and my 2 female life partners mother of our sons, agree. I have a small family business and we will never employ a woman again, if we start employing again. I was there once, never again. Once accused you have no option but to put your life in the hands of a liar and the people on her side.

Over 30 years ago we had a dinner party at a friend's place. The kids were being entertained by a male friend by horsey rides the man was on hands and knees the kids were sitting on his back. We as a group were in the dining room only 8 feet away from the joyus romp the kids were enjoying. One of the kids a girl was about to slide off so he put his hand up to stop her from falling off. Thank God we were sitting and talking and watching as the young girl came up and told her mother that this man had put his hand on her thigh we saw this and knew it was to save her from injury. Had we not been in the space and witnessed the incident and the mum being informed we could not have been able to assure the child that was a good thing that the male friend had stopped her from falling. Such is the problem with interpreting what a child who is subjected to the mantra of the educational environment. I'm not supporting any child abuse but more importantly the proper interviewing in a safe place with a well trained professional not police as too much bias already exists by the time they come to a reported assault. In closing be safe love each other and be vigilant as your life depends on it.

In my teaching of the "Theory of Knowledge" component of the International Baccalaureate Diploma, I would refer to the book "Atonement" by Ian McEwan and the passages referring to "confabulation" where, a child under the urging of investigators, filled in the gaps in her knowledge with supposition and also began to say what she thought the grown-ups wanted to hear. I'm not saying that was the case here (how would I know?) but, having worked in the lower court myself, I know that even earnest witness testimony has to be heard with caution. They may not be lying, but you may not be hearing the truth. My deepest sympathy, Dr. Garratt to you and your son. Having lived through the PTSD suffered by my veteran father, I hope that you have regular counselling.

As much as this story is horrific it could have been avoided by not working with children. We are seen as predators simply for being male. We are considered guilty no matter what, even irrefutable proof of innocence is still guilt in the eyes of the public. When women and society keeps telling men to step up, no, step down and away. These injustices are deeply cruel and society is indifferent. We owe nothing to a society that demands so much but persecutes us at every turn for the sin of being male.

He was immediately removed from his family and put into detention - which meant that he couldnt do his job (so precious to an immigrant!). Within a couple of days it was clear from multiple witnesses that the man could not have been where the incident was alleged to have taken place, and people thought he might be outside soon. No! It took approximately six months to clear him, during which time he couldn't be near his own family or other children, and couldn't work.

But they wont , Instead justice is so slow it will still take me a couple of years hundreds of thousands of dollars that i do not have. Also i have to work just to live and survive so time is also a issue . So yes i know how you feel and your son . There is no crime worse then being falsely accused . When going through the mistakes Lucas had made, I feel like his decision to wipe her private parts without her consent or even awareness should have taken the top spot. I can easily believe that he had no sexual or otherwise nefarious intentions, and that he only meant to render care to the girl. Still, it's wild to me that he thought nothing at all of wiping her bare genitals with a wipe. Didn't think to ask the girl first, or ask her if she would like a wipe to do it herself, or call the parents to request their permission. There could have been no misinterpretation if he had done any of those things, which should have occured to him. I'm glad that he wasn't convicted, and I am sorry that he and his family went through such a shitfight, but it shouldn't be glossed over that you shouldn't touch kids' genitals for any reason unless you're their parent or if your medical profession requires you to.

It's curious that there are individual Words, That are more evil than evil its self, and reject any sense of examination into the story.. It's as if- if the event cannot be given a name it is not criminal(or at least not as bad). On that note there are families that Know that family members are Dangerous- And they are still asked by law authority if they wish to house them upon there release... When they can testify and state that the person should never be released(&repeat offenders).. There's also a question if Law is something to purchase... or if it is a fundamental right to have justice 'WHICH IS PAYED for be place' There's also stories of people that are used to close a case.. rich people's crimes and protecting infiltrates.. also many more questions- on and about proceedings and execution of law.. does jail suit all crimes? I'm guessing that if a Judge had to do all the investigation, calling up the people and specialist in question and finding the best possible outcome/truth and solution for it to not occure.. It would be playing god, and be damn fatiguing. (without adding all the petty money fines that are currently happening, parking tickets and speeding.. or things without incident) I only conclude that there would have to be many many many little god's =P an probably a place for/of exile, for things blown out of proportion without founded truths or those that need to run from society that prosecutes there Ideal's When there ideal's harm no others or only those that are informed consenting participates (Not coerced, pressured or bribed)
