I add a pinch of each in my coffee. Then depending on my schedule I drink 1-5 cups, depending what I am doing. By the way, not saying that this coffee prevents the common cold, but when I am not travelling I rarely get sick (never). Other factors, I eat a lot of salads with most my meals.
