1qwik4dr @Mirage will always be my favorite. I have several other ones that are my favorite. Reason why. My firsts hotel I stayed when i came to Vegas, over 15 years ago. I do dabble a lot in other hotels.
I can only imagine the amount of effort to shoot everything & edit it all to create these vlogs - amazing work! For someone that usually goes to Vegas 2-3 times a year, to not being able to come at all these days, it's awesome to be able to watch these :)

I am sure it was nice during this time, but the hallways always seems to be loud at night. Walls seem paper thin...not sure if that has changed any....but it is a nice resort
Pompsie you are at the top of your game and you are a true professional when it comes your RU-vid videos. Your choice in music is always spot on, you have a good eye for choosing what to record. You clearly have an excellent camera because your videos are always clear. Your commentary is sometimes humorous, my husband and I feel as though we are watching a professional video😊. I met Sigfried a few years back at the tiger habitat. He did a magic trick where he pulled a S&R coin out of my arm and then gave me the coin and we took a photo together. It was my birthday so that was pretty cool. He used to walk around the tiger area talking to guests but not sure if he still does.
I’ve seen many Vegas vlogs but you put so much into these videos and never rush the content. I actually just moved here after vacationing here many times but the Mirage has always been the Icon of Vegas, thanks for this incredible video and awesome views !!

Love The Mirage! We're staying again in a couple of weeks on March 22. Classy, not overwhelmingly big, and in the center of the Vegas universe on the strip! Great review.
I love the Mirage Pompsie. Probably my favourite resort on the strip. My last visit to Vegas was in November 2019 and we stayed at Mirage. We had a great time. I found the staff to be super friendly. We are planning on returning in July if international flights are allowed back. I live in Ireland.

This is probably my favorite blog from anyone in a long time. Not too long, hit all the highlights. I would have liked to see more of the casino, especially how busy it was and some table limits, but great video!

I just checked into the Mirage, and THANKS TO YOUR VIDEO, we got a room on 24th floor with the better bathroom! I never woulda known to even ask, so thank you Pompsie!
I used to be a hotel manager at the Mirage and Luxor. The $20 or “Sandwich Trick” is something all agents are made aware of right out of training. Typically they are not supposed to accept a tip in exchange for an upgraded room type. In order to maximize revenue upgraded rooms are supposed to be checked in with a daily “upgrade fee” which can be tracked and agents can be disciplined for not adding it into the reservation unless they state a valid reason within the comments or notes like an inconvenience or if there is an abundance of upgraded room types and they can afford to give away a few. So unless your a platinum or Noir guest and are coming to spend a ton of money or you have in the past chances are you may not get a complimentary upgrade. But some agents will sneak one in there for the guests. Protocol is the agent is to leave the tip on the counter until the transaction is completed and if you choose to leave it then they can accept it. Just a heads up for anybody going to stay there or most MGM properties, I’ve managed 2 of them. Milly was the agent you checked in with and she is amazing and has been there a long time. Glad you had a good stay there, Mirage is truly a one of a kind place to stay here in Vegas.

Amazing. You really hit it out of the ballpark Pompsie with this one! The Mirage is just as I remember it from last year, and there was a staff member swimming in that life size aquarium at the front desk! Awesome. Update about the spa and salon and that part of doing only in room massage was for the first week they were open. The salon is now open for hair and nail services and they do massages and facial at the spa Thursday-Sunday. They still do in room massages during those days as well. However, the spa facilities (hot tub, steam room, sauna, showers and lockers) remain closed until further notice and the gym is open from 9am-5pm everyday. And lastly for your safety, other guests safety and staff safety please KEEP your mask on at ALL times unless you are actively drinking or eating!!!! Thank you! That hotel smells beautiful! I have not stayed there but walked through it and did not want to leave. My husband and I are going to have to stay there one day. 😃👍
I don't get why people have been saying the Mirage had declined and needed to be updated. Great looking rooms, awesome pool with water features, exotic animal habitat, good show and restaurant, beautiful atrium, volcano right on the strip. What's not to love?
Stayed in Vegas this past week and checked out the Mirage on its reopening day since I’ve never been and always wanted to explore it. Such a gorgeous place! We also ate at Osteria Costa since it was one of the only available dining options and omg.. it was the absolute best Italian food we ever had.. my hubby and I couldn’t believe how good it was.
Mirage is certainly one of my favs to stay in in Vegas. Awesome idea giving you those silk like bags to put your masks in! Little touches like that differentiates you! Thanks for the vid and stay safe and healthy!

I think Mirage has the BEST pool of any Las Vegas property! Glad to see they still have the Sigfried & Roy animal sanctuary in the back of the property.
Saw the Beatles love on mushrooms. The whole experience getting out of the Lyft, walking through the casino and into the Beatles lobby. And the show? Oh my, the show. Then walked to the Bellagio fountains afterwards and basked in the spring desert air.
That was nice to see the inside of the Mirage, I haven’t been there since my son and daughter-in-law got married there. It’s such a beautiful beautiful hotel. Good video
Hey buddy, I don’t think I’ve ever left a RU-vid comment, but I noticed you reply on alot of these videos. First thing I want to say, great videos! Second, I’m almost more impressed with the amount of replies you put out. That’s awesome. Now on a selfish note, coming back to Vegas in September, it’s between the Mirage and the Venetian, but here’s the kicker, 3, 14 yr olds and an 18yr old. My girlfriend, me, and her daughter enjoyed the pool at the Mirage, but the rooms at the Venetian look awesome. Any thoughts would be appreciated
Really enjoyed your video. That was a surprisingly nice room! I always visit the Mirage whenever I'm there because it's so beautiful. Another really cool thing they have there is the free tram that takes you in between treasure island and the Mirage.

My wife and I stayed at The Mirage 20 or so years ago. It was the best poker room in Vegas back then. I walked the strip a few weeks ago (mid-January ‘21). Mirage was closed that day.
Stayed at cosmo twice, then in 2019 stayed at Mirage, so much cheaper, but so much better, amazing pool, great location, great staff, and not a stuck up atmosphere there, all for a cheap price. Always will be my recommendation.

But I’m glad you showed the different artworks and maybe floor designs, people put a lot of work into there products, all different floor designs, room designs, just artwork, it’s beautiful. You could put so much into your videos.
Excellent editing, audio, composition, shots, and quality! Great review of the resort as well. Mirage is such a Vegas classic. I first when there as a teenager back in the 90s and was blown away by it. I visited again recently after the re-opening and everything looked great. I'll be staying there in December. Thank you for such an excellent vlog on the Mirage!
Mirage is a nice property. I have stayed there a couple of times. I actually asked for a pool and mountain view. The windows use to open, so I mounted my gopro outside my window for a timelapse. So that is what's missing in my room tours. I need a Great in those shots. LOVE is a great show if you are a Beatles fan. Thanks for a nice review of the reopening. Cheers, oh and Claudia sent me.
You are great been to Vegas over thirty time I love going to different Hotels been off the strip for years have been. Staying off strip have stayed at every hotel on strip love the hotel Silverton try it I would be very interested what you think Love your videos keep up the good work.

I was at the mirage the last day before it closed. I will say the front counter was very nice and dropped fees, free money to spend on food etc. Pool was closed unfortunately but i liked the customer service.
Great video new to your channel looking forward to seeing more. My husband and me love Vegas and enjoy seeing anything and everything about it. You never know what new ideas you can come across and we have found a few by watching all kinds if videos hehe.

Awesome content as always Pompsie! Based on this video I booked The Mirage for my three day visit (second to Vegas) this past weekend. Was able to get an upgrade to floor D as well! Definitely helped seeing this video, and The Mirage did not disappoint. Hope to catch you and Greta on my next trip.
My fav hotel to stay at. Really nice rooms, right on the strip, good value and it's quick to get from room to the strip without having to walk through a giant casino.
We stayed at the Mirage right before the pandemic. We were upgraded to a volcano view room because our initial room wasn’t up to par (A little dirty and someone took a knife to the headboard 😬). It was pretty cool. Wish we would’ve taken advantage of the amenities at the hotel.
Your videos are awesome....always and great editing. I was at the Mirage yesterday (Saturday) and I have to say the Mirage has never looked better. The volcano show has been upgraded and you didn’t show us the Conservatory, which has been upgraded and cleaned like never before.
That was the first time I waited for a video premiere count down and it was worth the wait 👍🏽 great video once again. My parents stayed at the Mirage August last year and loved it. You had an awesome upgrade, looked like the top floor. In future videos can you include and highlight more food? Popular cheap eats to fine dining 🤤👌 also who is leaving rude comments!?? There’s no room for that behaviour around here 😎👍🏽 good stuff Pomps
