I’m super nervous if it not working. My sense of smell has been completely distorted for 2.5 years. I can’t remember what anything smells or tastes like and it’s extremely frustrating and depressing.
The VA occasionally does this treatment for PTSD or panic disorder. I still think the long term treatment for these conditions is deep acceptance of symptoms and the passage of time. It's great if this offers some relief though.
Thank you for sharing your experience! I hope you continue to improve. Can you share the eye problem you experienced? I have long Covid. Since getting Covid, my left eye has a blurry spot and has a dull ache. I cannot see as well as before. Thanks again!
It looks like you and I have lived the same life. I’m still struggling with this conditions and can’t find any improvements, but I’m afraid of trying anything new. 😢
