Heyyy guys here’s a video I’ve been wanting to make forever for you. I had a lot of questions about it, if this would be something good to post or something I should just keep to myself. I guess shame about my struggles and wanting to keep it hidden.
I want to share my experiences with others who have the same. Who are in the same boat and feel this peculiar feeling. I know what it’s like to have everyone around you telling you your crazy and need to stop, but your brain tells you your fine. As long as you keep doing what your doing. Ed recovery is hard. Point blank. It’s one of the most hardest things I’ve had to experience. And I can tell y’all I’ve been through some shit. One the most important things in even starting recovery is acknowledging the fact that, yes you have a eating disorder, and yes you are sick. That is the very first step the voice in your head will try to wrap you with denial but opposite action is key.
I hope that anyone who is reading this right now will find freedom from their ed someday. Because it’s one the best feelings in the world. It’s scary but it isn’t a trap door. You get what you commit to, and that is freedom.
Life is worth living without a eating disorder, i can promise you that.
(I’ve been there love ♥️)

Ive gone through almost everything you said in this video and I'm in recovery right now. I can 100% confirm that ed are not worth it and I'm glad someone understands me. I'm so much more happier now in recovery. I actually discovered your account in the first week of my recovery and you have helped me so much. I hope anyone that is going through this or is in recovery, can succeed because we are all more than an ed. :)

Wow, sharing your history with an eating disorder is such a courageous thing ! I basically lived the same thing with mine and it is for sure a terrible experience. You are doing well and one day, this history will just be an old memorie ❤️ and btw, you're very pretty

Thank you for sharing your story. Im one of those "out there struggling" like you mentioned. Its been a 24 yr battle this far, and its only getting harder. I often feel hopeless, but i continue to hang on to the remnant of glimmering hope that someday this will end. Thanks for sharing your story - I know its not easy - but, thank you so much for stepping out on a limb to encourage and help others who are struggling. Your eating disorder just lost because of that. 😊
