squirrel you have to unbolt the bolt at the under the oilpan you have to got into the bay were you look under the car your car my have wastage if you unbolt that bolt it will empty the motor oil its like a refresh

With carburetors you want to snug all the adjustment screws down first then loosen them all at the same rate to help ease the tuning process

On tuning the carbs...I don't know if the game works this way, but in rl you would turn all of the screws in all of the way, then back them all out an equal amount as a starting point, then adjust them maybe a click at a time equally until you get your optimal 14.7 (or wherever it runs best)

If you don't pay the fine and get another ticket they just add it to your fines. Also if you die while in jail and "escape" if you get pulled over the police do nothing but ticket you if you violate the law. But if you get sent back to jail the time resets.

I'm with you on the principle thing. I got a fine whilst on holiday 6 years go in another country, was doing 85 in an 80, keeping up with the locals. I looked up the fine bands and he fined me double what it should've been. Out of principle didn't pay it, if he'd have fined me correctly, I'd have probably paid it!

Also you can make an outpost at the inspection shop so you are closer to the shop.

In Finland we have a day fine system. Basically, 1 day fine is worth 1 day's worth of personal income of any kind. The police said "okay, going 85 km/h in 80 km/h zone is worth 6 day fines, and you seem to get 1100 mk / day, so yeah." ...be glad that the ticket lists you as an unemployed loser who has had very little income so far, and not a millionaire CEO or something. Hey Paul....I think you should sleep in your bed and actually try to get arrested for a laugh. Just save beforehand :) Although, It appears you may have escaped as they probably would have shown up by now. There is the fine which is sitting on your counter, but they do not seem to be in any hurry to enforce you to pay it. Also, once they do appear..what happens then? can you just run out the back door when they are standing at the front and vice versa ? Questions I want to see you explore answers to :)
