Your outfit in this was so cute. And I totally agree with the oatmeal for breakfast thing. I had some this morning and mixed in a scoop of peanut butter, a couple of semi sweet chocolate chips and banana slices. I hate oatmeal and that makes it 100x better and it's good for you too.
lydie guercin I do! The chocolate chips and peanut butter melt down perfectly since the oatmeal is so warm. It's delicious. Good with blueberries as well!

Careful when putting too much heat on your edges. Do you usually put a scarf on your head at night? That can help...have you tried Jamaican Black Castor Oil? It helps a lot with growing your edges too.
You're so inspiring, watching your videos has been helping me overcome bad things in my life. I just wanted to ask you really quickly if you could please do a dietary routine for people with allergies.... I struggle with breakfast cause I can't have eggs or milk and oats and fruit get sooooo boring after a while plus a lot of skin care products have egg proteins and other allergens in them making life kinda sad sometimes lol .... thanks in advance

I also love that faucet that you have it reminds me of a well which reminds me of when I was a child growing up in the Bahamas and to be used to go to the well for water and as children we used to drink from the water play with the well you know pump pumping out the water and getting myself wet which was the next best thing to do to going to the beach. You will get use to the trays Pat I started mine 2 1/2 months ago they can be painful but it will adjust in like a week. I have been neglecting my Tartelette palette now I want to play in mine. Looking Fab #snapfingers
So ready for summer! You might be interested to know, gram for gram oats have more protein than eggs (e.g. 50g = 6g vs 8.5g). Humble little oats have more protein than carbohydrates!
