I found your channel a while ago and I don't think ive commented on anything, but honestly I love your videos, them seem to genuine like about making an effort to be positive, so many youtubers act like being happy and healthy is effortless and I think it's really good you make a point about working out, having clean spaces, etc. it's really refreshing so thank you.

I used to have the same routine,I especially loved color coordinating my closet and organizing my room. After I became disabled,I would still do the organizing, but with assistance, and it takes longer according to when my assistant gets around to it( my son),I would sometimes pout to get him to maybe in mother's speed.lol one thing no one can understand, it's when I put makeup on to go to my doc appointment and physical therapy. I love to feel special wherever I go. When I'm having problems with my hands,I rearly ask for anything but the basic, so I enjoy when I can pamper myself. I enjoy your videos. Hey Patricia. I know you said you're not a gym expert or anything but I thought I'd just give u a few tips for the erg (rowing machine) since I row because the way you currently use it could injure your back and you also aren't getting the full extent of your workout. Try and keep your back straight (very little curve) and just pivot at your hips. When you come forward, your arms should go out straight first, then your back should tilt forward (about a 20 degree angle) and then bring your legs up. From that position, push your legs back, maintaining that body angle, then tilt backward a bit (called layback) and bring your arms in to your sternum to finish out the stroke. Then repeat. This should not be an upper body workout. It is a full body workout with a focus on lower. When you go to push your legs back out, shove through your feet. Your legs should be the driving force here, you are not pulling really. Your arms just carry out the stroke. Just thought I'd try to help
