I’m not anti fruit and vegetables but after so many years of eating high carbs and processed foods I absolutely cannot eat vegetables. Eating beef is so incredibly life changing for me My mental health is also so much better than before. It’s really nice not having panic attacks all of the time too

I just got back from visiting family at a cottage. My nephews wife is obese in her 30’s, my nephew is becoming fat, and their two children were fat and only 8&12 years old. Their diet? Cheesies, Tim Horton donut holes, cokes, etc. When we were kids, my Mother served watermelon at family reunions. I don’t mean to be critical, and these people are all highly educated, but sadly misinformed as to what constitutes a proper human diet. 🤷♂️ God help them. We probably won’t ever know the truth, but incidents like this will always be used to serve certain agendas and divide people further. That is, unless we refuse to be divided any longer.
The secret service do this job almost every day and have done for decades. This time there was a severe lapse in security and a high risk area was seemingly ignored. I find it very difficult to accept this was incompetence.
We are what we eat. I lived long enough in the US to realise just how toxic the food supply is. The quality of grass fed beef down under is way way higher.

i agree. i think alot of this stuff is caused by our diet but i think the real reason is we took God out of our schools and parents are just absent from their kids lives growing up. we don't teach them discipline and respect any longer. God help us.
Diet is important. The artificial flavors, colors in foods or druge wired my kids so I cooked everything from scratch for about 18 years. I thought they outgrew it but now I wonder. Many would not ddo the work They opted for the ADHD drugs and monthly kidney tests. I always felt better if I started my day with eggs and bacon.

Jack Andal is just an excellent person. I dropped by there to pick up my usual week’s worth of premium 2” thick, custom-cut ribeyes and mentioned our friends’ Great Pyrenees. He gives out free dog bones, whatever you want (knuckles, femurs, etc.) as well as offering specials. Last week, we were given a couple pounds of free Italian sausage. ‘Just a thought.
I wouldn't rule out that he was a lone gunman on meds but there are too many other things that suggest he was an asset. He was in a Blackrock ad too a couple years ago which is super strange.
I thought that was weird. There were photos where the one short woman was clearly presenting a gap for a bullets to hit the target. Don't they assess that a 6'2" man should not have in his close physical protection detail a 5'5" woman? She can work elsewhere in the security detail, just not providing physical protection to a tall man. Also, there were images of around 4-5 female SS agents at the scene and all were overweight, while none of the male ones were. What is going on?

Apparently because it was an open air event, and it's in a campaign year, Trump had requested extra security, which was denied. The SS is under the current administration. The one that denies it to RFK Jr, a legit candidate. Secret Service Director Kimberley Cheatle was appointed by Biden in 2022, claiming she was the best person for the job. She's very much an advocate for DEI; her mission is to have 30% of the SS force be female by 2030.

The carnivore diet cured my mild depression, and many other issues. If eating like this fixes so many mental illnesses, then it’s obvious that NOT eating a proper human diet is causing a lot of it.
Not legally, no. But many people don't really "grow up" for many more years. I've met many a childish 30, 40, and 50 year old. I suspect some people simply never "grow up".

On his podcast real AF he talks about this all the time and it starts with us. We have to become personally excellent lead by example. We’re going to change the culture society. It starts with us the individual.

My brother was a chef / caterer at a fundraiser and he thanked my brother for the excellent and beautiful food So I think he appreciates quality food but I’m sure they are careful due to potential of being intentionally poisoned when they travel etc.
Early on in my carnivore journey, I discovered my own attitude and composure began to change for the positive. I have a theory that the whole toxins thing of the current "western" style of eating (now worldwide), on average, doesn't really level up to invasive until someone is in their 20s. I look at our leadership class, a class that is now more geriatric than not, and I think on a 150 years of teaching people to eat improperly. I'm quite keen on the thought that before that dark chapter of history characterized by eugenics, the rich, the powerful "leaders," they were eating high protein low carb diets as they had been taught by their ancestors. My theory is that those families still in power have forgotten that generational diet; beguiled into grains etc. by the Battle Creek Sanitarium and founding religious doctrine that surrounded it. A generation or 5 removed from that and even those families, that once upon a time knew better, have succumb to the sickness. If I'm right, the irony they have themselves fallen into the diet designed, by purpose or coincidence, for the masses is wild to think about. Myself, I'm suspicious that once discovered as improper and toxic, the darkness of eugenics thought that percolates in the high-flatulent, self-indulgent and entitled halls of humanity is actively cultivating a hidden intent; an intent for a long-term plan to "thin the herd."
In regards to nutrition, I believe that it is the conscious awareness of one's diet which leads to being healthier---not the diet itself (unless the diet is twinkies 24/7). When I became vegetarian, I essentially had to start from square one on what I was supposed to eat. Because of that, I had no idea what to do since I had to replace meat in my diet. This led me to do lots and lots of online research on what is important for a healthy diet: calories per day, protein intake, etc. I was actively thinking about what I was eating, and I had to make sure that what I was eating was giving me enough energy to be able to maintain my workout routine. And all of this led to me eating in a much, much healthier way. Though, I think the rise of tumult in the U.S. is mostly due to a lack of awareness in ourselves and in others as well.
We are what we eat and take. Medication and vaccines. I had two horrible reactions to two jabs and the first time it also involved extremely dark dark thoughts. The opposite of who I am or was. But they still come. Why? Is it the metals in them? What would cause that?
