My thoughts on being told my faith isn’t enough 

Hey everyone 🩷 something hit me today at church in my soul and I wanted to share this experience for those of you who are struggling with your mental health.
You can be a Christian who is seeking Jesus continually and still struggle with things like an eating disorder. Sometimes you need professional help or sometimes you just need to be seen. Sometimes you just need people to UNDERSTAND that you’re hurting.
God bless you all. All of you are constantly in my prayers. You are loved by God and your mental health is not an indicator of your faith. God sees your quiet strength and He especially sees all the ways you’re hurting. He alone knows the depth of what you’re going through. 💕
