The Crown of Seeds ban is really sus. To me, it teases indirectly we could see a new Elemental hero either in the expansion slot of Mistveil or in the new CC starter decks.

Also now no one can say they spent 200$ on a card to play it only so that it gets banned. Nice choice, LSS! That Crown was a blight to play against

Yeah, TOA continues to prove too overtuned and they're doing a solid job of cleaning it up after the fact.

Last armory blitz we had a kayo beserk build. 4 games ended all with 30-40 damage truns when it works it's soooooooooooo brutal especially in blitz

As a Rhinzerker enjoyer from time to time I'm sad to see Berserk go but this was probably the right choice to just do it now and refresh the design pool. In the future I think LSS could avoid painting themselves into a corner by introducing something like an Effect Limit line on cards - like Channel Mount Heroic for example, add Effect Limit 3 and it effects the next 3 attack action cards instead of being unlimited for the whole turn. It limits the crazy combo space but might also open up more other interaction effects into the card pool that aren't as busted.

I wonder if Crown of Seeds ban means wr getting an Earth Hero soon for CC. They could have banned Crown of Seeds a while ago. Be fun to get both Mystic and Earth of Ninja, Illusionist, and assassin. I highly doubt it but would be cool.

I honestly really like this ban as it’s purely preemptive, solving a problem before it exists. But it really does feel weird for cards that aren’t actively causing problems to be banned

It means something is probably in the expansion slot for Brute and combined with Berserk it could have been a problem.

I think the primary reason for the Pro Quest points change is all of them are CC this season. No limited Pro Quests means there just a lot more total points up for grabs.

Excited for the potential of new earth heroes! I wonder if CMH is going to be in the same boat, it might get easier to keep around for two turns with more earth cards.

Cast bones has got to go. Really a mistake right now. Attack for 12 go again with three cards in hand. WTF?! Nice to see crown go away because I really loved the idea of elemental stuff but it was a mess. Excited to see a fixed Aria set. I'd like an earth ranger please!

Yeah I've been attacked with that berserk combo.... It really isn't fun. The rhinar milled a chunk of his deck and just murdered me from almost full health.

Remember, the point is not that berserk is broken in the current brute card pool, but that future card designs are hamstrung by its existence.

Got to play 1 week of Berserk Kayo and it. Was. A. Blast! The B&R sucks and was undeserved, killing fun archetypes in TCGs before they get a chance to shine is a horrible move imo.

I actually agree with this take, though it should probably occur just before a new arcane set releases so that the only wizard still sees play until they can "reset" the class to give it parity with other heroes.

Nah, Wildfire is not the problem, is Blazing Aether. Not everyone can play more than 3 cards at opponent turn.

Sad, I’ve now hung up the curtain on tcgs. I can’t sink money into this pit. Bans suck. $45 for seeds down the toilet. 30$ on 3 copies of berserk back in Jan down the toilet. Done with this. I really really love fab game play but this isn’t for me. Sucks

Can't pay attention to the video... every time I look at the list of LL points and see Teklo planted securely at the bottom with 0 points I fall deeper into sorrow. Just give him something already!

as a Teklo player myself this is sad but not going to stop playing him. My fingers are crossed that we get some good support cards soon. I think a card that tutors singularity or pulls it from banish would be a great start
