Thanks for the review and video. I ordered and just received a Paragon 58 in S/M - for my torso length I could’ve gone either S/M or M/L. The sizing chart showed both ranges covered me. Can you explain how the adjustable Velcro panel works? If I’m closer to M, is there a certain feel I’m looking for in how it sits on my shoulders and hips? I’ve scoured RU-vid and Gregory doesn’t have any guidance on how to properly adjust the velcro panel, only in measuring torso length and adjusting the straps. Thank you.
Are you talking about adjusting for the torso length? If yes, then you want the bottom of the bag to be resting on the hips in a way that it is taking most of the weight off of your shoulders. The big thing is feel with these. I tried many different packs on in the store with different torso lengths and feels. This came out to be the best for myself but I would recommend going to the nearest REI store to you and getting fitted with different packs. Hope this can help somewhat.
