Here is the first official "Top 10 Video."
My Top 10 Best Suburbs to live in the Greater Houston Metro Area.
There is more to come.
I apologize if this video isn't perfect with audio and the quality, I'm still establishing my work platform and using a software that seems too basic.
Time is very important to me and my future audience.
Anyways, I hope these "Top 10 Suburbs" will make you feel welcome if you are considering in moving to Houston, Texas. Many people choose to live in the suburbs, because of safety, better schools, fun activities, and so on.

You can live anywhere in the Houston Area that makes you feel comfortable. You will most likely need a car to go places. It is very hot outside (just stay cool and hydrated) Other than that, I welcome you to Houston, Texas.

The most important thing is to make sure you buy a house that is not in a flood zone. Do your research. Enter the address of the property to see if it is on a flood plain. msc.fema.gov/portal/home

You need a car. Every area doesn’t have a bus system. It gets very hot in the summer.

There are some areas that tend to flood during heavy storms. I can make a video list the neighborhoods in Houston area that flood occasionally.

There are areas in Houston where you have to have flood and wind insurance and it’s not cheap. I know Seabrook is one of them, but check with a local realtor first. It does flood here when it rains.

I’m sorry but as far as Pearland is concerned, this is not accurate. There are 3 school districts and your Pearland Town Center directory is from years ago
