thanks for this quick showcase! i also am a dancer in a style that uses a lot of kicks and rotations in it so it’s been really cool to be able to transfer knowledge from there into this new hobby of tricking i have found.
Thank you! The best is always practicing the kicks on your current level and try to make them higher little by little. Your body will get used to it... for example crescent kicks (inside&outside) help a lot! Oh and if you like, check out my online course about kicking...this is an online course dedicated only to high kicks. :-) www.udemy.com/kick-it-the-comprehensive-course-for-kicks-in-martialarts/ Cheers Tom
Hi Kamla thank you so much! :-) You can find a frontheadspring tutorial in my ricking online course for beginners (it`s free). www.udemy.com/learn-martial-arts-acrobatics-tricking-101-for-beginners/ Hope it helps and I will make more tutorials on youtube. Have fun!

@@dsimer01Try to already start the cartwheel with straight legs and keep them like this during the whole motion. Try to overemphasise it, your body has to learn how it feels when they are straight. Try to film yourself, so you can correct your posture. You will get it! :-)
@@dsimer01 Maybe you should also try to improve flexibility. Usually it`s mainly about practice. So just don`t worry to much, keep on practicing it and it will become good! :-)
Ohh there are so many combinations and possibilities to link moves to combos. I would say just start with the moves you can do and like and try to combine them in a way that feels good. Maybe one important thing in the beginning is to make sure you learn the moves to the same side so that you can actually combine them. 🙂
