Hey man you would love the Freyette PS-100. It takes signal from amp head down to line level and re-amps it with real tubes and gives you post volume control of any loud amp. So you can crank it and get your tone at whatever level you want. I love it! Not cheap !
I have been trying for months to get Fryette on the channel!!! They said they would send me something but have never actually sent it. They have very little distribution in Canada so just buying one is not so simple. I will push them again in January now that someone is asking. I really want to try their gear!!
Ya no doubt there's only one place in Vancouver that sells them and they are sold before they get them I just lucked out because someone didn't pick theirs up. Great unit totaly invisible doesn't alter tone at all.@@LonelyRocker
Really enjoyed your recommendations and have decided to purchase a couple of the Amplitube Multieffects pedals. Looking at your drawing for the connections of your stereo setup, I am wondering if I could substitute the second physical amp with my Tonex Pedal? Any thoughts or suggestions?
Great...enjoy them! You could make the second amp TONEX but you'd still need to amplify it and put it through a cab...Would be an interesting experiment!
Ive got a tech question and you seem to be the go to guy and ive had some confusing answers , one of my amps is a blackstar 60 watt ht series 212 combo and i picked up a ext bstar 212 cab and if i add this to my combo with internal and ext connected to 2× 8 0hmns out puts is this safe for the combo unit to run the ext cab with it any reason i shouldnt do this thank you for any help.
I don’t have this amp but I looked it up and I see it says 1 - 8 ohm or 2- 16 ohm. If your extension cab is 8 ohm you are safe to plug it into the 8 ohm Jack. The rule of thumb is it’s best to match ohms. If you connect it to a higher ohm you will lose volume. But never connect it to a lower ohm Jack. Hope this is clear for you!
@@LonelyRocker It is, and thank you so much for always helping so quickly. You're a great dude really appreciate You and will support your channel anyway. I can
I'm happy to help and I appreciate any support I can get to help grow this channel. It can be tough sometimes but I'm trying to create as good an experience here as I can. Have fun with your amp!!
