Ok sweet Nikki, I started WW today and so did my sister! We are older, I'm 64 and sister is a couple years older than me. I love all your tips and food suggestions and you are the reason for me joining! It is so hard as you age to lose weight so I'm really going to try and stick to the plan, there's plenty to eat on it. My thing is making sure I have something ready at all times so when I'm hungry I have something like a chicken wrap or a salad or even a little snack. I have about 20 pounds to lose so wish me luck!

Love your videos, I’m nearly 66 yo and 20 lbs overweight. I’ve never been overweight and don’t think I can lose weight at my age but watching you makes me think *maybe* I can. I appreciate all the work you put into your videos.

I was not a meat stick fan until I finally ordered the Jalapeno and honey flavor meat sticks. OMG...SO GOOD!! The flavors and the texture were perfect; many of the other brands are so hard and tough to chew. Great ideas for snacks!

I'm obsessed with the Skinny Dip PB cups. I've been buying them for awhile now and keep them in the freezer. Also, the Ready Clean bars are delicious. I typically buy them at CostCo. But, as you know, CostCo changes things around. I haven't been able to find them for a few months now. Hopefully, they will bring them back soon. Thanks for your video. Thank you so much for everything you share with us. I recently tried the pepperjack laughing cow cheese on a chicken fajita wrap on the Xtreme wellness wrap and it is delicious!! Also bought some egg molds and have been making breakfast sandwiches with the light mulrigrain English muffins with either bacon and cheese or the Applegate maple chicken sausage. Love those too! Thanks again!!

Dude, the caramel apple pie yogurt is so good. Catalina keto has both a golden graham and a cinnamon crunch flavor that each go so well with the caramel apple. And I think I remember half of a serving, which is plenty for a yogurt cup, was only like 2 points.
