Hey just wanted to thank you for the small edc fixie vids. I can't say I was on board when you dropped the vids but every day that passes it seems I'm more and more into EDC Fixie Pocket carry!
Thanks again Juhvon for the recommendations. If I like the TS150 I ordered I will grab a Chickadee. Oak City ale aster Supply is so good. I have the Curve Wallet it’s absolutely amazing. Much love❤ Happy New Year everyone!
God I am slow at replying to comments😔!! I am STOKED for you, Brother B and am always here if you have a question (best to DM me on IG…….since I did not know how to find all the comments here🤣😔
I carry mostly LT Wright knives Frontier valley ,Frontier first , Patriot , also Schenk knives Osprey and Lionsteel B35 all these small fixed blades work perfect for my EDC use.
Those are FANTASTIC specimens< @Mark J G!! I am just getting started and learning about brands that have previously been off my radar! Thank you for the suggestions! #Tribe
Nice picks, Juhvon! I have been buying mostly fixed blades lately, but really focused on the pocket droppers as of late. Think 7 inches is about the biggest size for those, at least for me. Size and sheath-wise the best one so far has been the purple Stroup Mini. Next going to try out the Tops Bull Trout and may snag a Chikadee in the future if I ever see it in time!
You and me, Both, @Blade Ogre!! I like the same small pocket droppers. Have you seen the Suprlativ “Hells”? Great little knaf I carry quite often now!!
I have carried my CRKT minimalist as a horizontal belt carry more than any other knife. I rotate my folders and I also carry one of three different slip joints in a slip depending on my mood, but once I got the CRKT, it has been pretty much permanent. It bumped my White River Backpacker from my belt. I would love to get my hands on a Mikro, but $$$. Loved your review!
That is AWESOME!! I had an extensive collection of minimalist when I first got back into collecting!! I wasn’t as evolved and carrying as many knives then!! I still have one with flytainium scales!! I have also now added 2 slip-joints 😔 to my collection which has me carrying 3 a day…most days🤣🙌🏼💕!!
That White River is like a near twin to the TwoSun TS247. Especially the blade shape. I recently bought a TS247. Great little fixed blade for a really great price. That Jakeb Creates is beautiful. But at 6+ times the expense of the TS247, IMO the TS247 is a better overall choice. I get the MADE IN USA thing. But at 6+ times the cost?? 2-3 times the cost would be more realistic, IMO. I don't think you are getting 6+ times the material, design and craftsmanship. THANKS for this video!
I carry a bark river JX6, LT Wright great plainsman and LT Wright Camp Muk. My criteria for a fixed blade to carry is between 6.5” - 7.5” overall length. Smaller than that I feel like I’m sacrificing function and comfort. Larger than that and it becomes to big to pocket carry.
Brian, that is a little larger than I carry, but check out and “esse 3”, a Bradford 3.5 or a White River Bird & Trout? Those are a few good ones I have and know are good knives🙌🏼💕!!
