It's been a crazy month, folks! Usually this time of year I do my Top Holiday Gift Guide. However, if you follow me on Instagram, you know that within the past 3 months, my husband and I have moved 3 of our 4 kids out into their first post-college apartments. One by one, 3 of our baby chicks left the nest. Then, as if we didn't have enough of packing and unpacking boxes, we downsized and moved into a 3 bedroom house with our youngest child/young adult. Before the dust settled, my amazing mother-in-law passed away. If you subscribe to this channel, you may have seen the video "Living Young & Living Young," which featured my mother-in-law, Gayle Prince, and her group of friends from one of her many clubs. It was a devastating loss, and a hole in our lives that can never be filled with any help but Time. So, I apologize for the absent Holiday Show. Sometimes, actually ALL of the time, family takes priority over the content I love to create. Happy Holidays everyone. And I look forward to bringing you tons of new content in our new home in the new year.

I lost my mother in law in August due to brain cancer, I completely know what you are going through! There is a hole in my heart that I can’t seem to get to go away but I’m going to suck it up and enjoy Christmas!

Sarah, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's so hard during the holidays. We lost Mom about 2 weeks ago. We are all still in a bit of shock.

Hi Darnell, I do remember watching the video with Mrs. Gayle Prince and her group of friends, it was such a fabulous video with their grate attitude and young at heart women. I am curious about the 3 different red light gadgets...is the full body as effective for face and hair as the specific ones you mentioned?

Hi! Thank you so much for your reviews! I just purchased the hydrofacial device. I wanted to get as close to an in office solution for this device as possible. I was looking for a solution with glycolic, beta, lactic, salicylic and hyaluronic. Or I am open to others if you recommend. Do you have any recommendations for the solutions to use with this device?-I see a lot of solution refills for sale online. Thank you!

It was a TCF lift. Mostly I needed (wanted) my neck done. However, there is no way to do a neck lift without doing a mini lower face. The video is still up.

If you use it at all, it would be used for around the eye.
