I don't think I could get myself to do this many things, particularly now that I've come out of retirement and returned to work. But the red light therapy and microneedling I think I can do. I have 'extra' under my chin, so may wind up going in to get an office procedure for that (FaceTight, etc.) as a one off, so I don't have to continually use a device for that. You have a lot of procedures you do at home. I pay for micro needling and it's expensive. So I am older just turned 60 and I have a long neck with bands. What would you recommend to start out with?
The red light therapy mask from Onmilux, and a mandelic acid peel. The Ordinary makes a mandolin acid peel that's really nice. Also Sunday Riley (mentioned in this video), which is a lactic acid, is amazing!
