Amazing 👏 Congratulations. How do i begin my 80 poundage Journey Weight loss. What are your thoughts off how I can begin. I feel overwhelmed by what to eat. Thank you and Congratulations on your Huge Weight loss Success!!!!
Fresh coffee is so much better, costs a fraction of the $$ to make and you can refrigerate it. I also buy family size packages of chicken breast and make my own chicken strips. SO MUCH cheaper. I think whole wheat pasta is the same points as your light pasta. I could not pay $30 for two servings.
I find it interesting that no one has commented that the Built Bars ($29) and the protein shakes are ($34) are a bit expensive. Is that ok with everyone except me?
a laughing cow wedge is good on a crusty toasted piece of sourdough :) I've done that for breakfast on the go. All great foods and gives me ideas, thank you Jodi. and yes on the broccoli lol
Thank you so much, my friend!!💕🥰Oh my goodness, that sounds DELICIOUS!🤤 The broccoli tip was a must lol! Too much high fiber, cruciferous veggies at once=💥😳💨🤣
or try Wasa crisp bread. it is one point per slice, tolerated by diabetics, and tasty. I toast mine (but watch it, they burn easily, I set the timer and pop these after 50 seconds).
I have a lot of the same staples on my journey (down 100 lbs in 18 months), but there are some here that I either no longer use or haven't ever added that I'll add back in (i.e. laughing cow cheese. Not sure when it fell off my staples list)
Congratulations U Should Be Really Proud Losing All That Weight Keep Up The Good Work Good Luck It Not Only Hel The way I Look And Feel And Your Health I Am Diabetic And Going On The Insulin Pump And Then I Started Weight Watcher Want A Different I Can Eat Regular food Within My Diabetic Plan And Weight Watcher Also Has A Place To Add Your Blood Sugars It Great If I are Reading This If U Can Make A Diabetic a Video And Include Portion Side That Would Be Great For Us Diabetic Have A Great Day
Hello!🥰 Oh my goodness, yes I have and it is absolutely delicious!!😍 Thank you so much for the fantastic suggestion! I love getting creative like that and finding new things to mix into my Greek yogurt to add flavor & protein!🤩
I like to spread yogurt mixed with stevia&vanilla drops on parchment them as slices of fruit and freeze the tray. Once frozen the break up pieces looks like white chocolate dessert bars lolll trick your mind and tastes yummy!!
Eeek! Tyson horrendous for animal cruelty so we never support that corporation. (Same w Hormel by the way but they weren't featured on this video.) Lots of good ideas otherwise.
the cap drew me in...go pats! back on the wagon after taking the holidays off; I love the discipline of tracking and am looking forward to getting back to my (personal, not WW) goal weight. Frozen fruit is my secret weapon; cherries, specifically. I eat them partially frozen and they feel like I'm eating sorbet.
I recently started WW and I’ve lost 4 lbs so far, which is exciting, also for the water thing too, depending on your points, if you drink 64 ozs of water then you get another point :) thank you for the tips!
I’m so glad I found your videos. I started WW last April. I’ve lost 27 lbs. It was really huge for me, it really changed my body and people have noticed. It’s been amazing . But….after thanksgiving onto Xmas I been struggling. I haven’t gained and if I have it’s only been a pound or two. But my ultimate goals is a total of 50lbs. I’ve got 23 more lbs to go. I just need my motivation back! Thanks for your videos it’s helping. 💙
I’m so glad you found me and I’m able to help you along this journey!🥰 You should be SO proud of yourself for losing 27lbs (and maintaining that loss through it all!)! I’m rooting for you and know you can (and will!) lose those 50lbs!!😍🤩💪🏻
Hi Jodi I’m on WW since a few years now maintaining my weight ,I was always careful for my weight I always said ….I ALLOW YOU…. not more then 10 pounds over and then go back down witch à did a good job for myself Over the year , just discovered your video and I find it very interesting .I prefer fresh vegetable and fruits every day there in my plate but I love frozen fruits also . I’m careful of what I buy at the grocery .thank you for your tip about the cheese ……the little cow ……never thought about buying it the frozen fruit also it’s a good snack at night also …♥️♥️my discovery……. Eating the right food every day combined with exercice every day is a WINNER 🙌I’m from Canada 🇨🇦 Quebec and go to florida every year for 6 months 🏝☀️
Laughing cow is great with pasta. I can use it with a splash of milk and some pasta cooking water for a cheese sauce for the pasta. Add in some tuna and it's like a mock tuna casserole. I love blending frozen fruit with a little fat free Greek yogurt to make nice-cream. I don't add any sweetener because I find the fruit to be sweet enough especially if I have part of a frozen banana added to it.
Just subscribed to your channel. Great ideas. Been a weight watcher for years and I believe in the program. When I’m on track I do well but stuck in a rut so loved your suggestions. Thanks
This was very helpful, thank you for putting this together for us! I've seen you use a Flavor God (I think) seasoning on your yogurt. Can you share with us what that is and what store you find it at? It looks yummy. God bless
I’m so sorry for the delayed response! I’m getting behind in responding to my comments🙈 I actually saw the Flavor God seasonings first on Instagram through SweetandSavorySteph-they’re kosher, gluten free & dairy free🥰 I purchased mine on Amazon (I haven’t found any in local stores (sadly), but they offer sweet and savory seasonings (more savory than sweet). The one I used in my Greek yogurt bowl was Buttery Cinnamon Roll🤤 it’s delicious!! The ingredient deck is: sugar, cinnamon, honey, coconut flour, vanilla bean, cardamom, and sea salt. Thank you for always being so sweet and supportive! I hope you have a wonderful week❤️
Hello, that was a very nice video. Thank you! Please forgive me, and please know this is not meant as a criticism of any kind, but I feel like I want to correct a couple of things so that no one who is watching and who’s a member of WW will be confused. There are no more “Smart points”. It’s all Personal points, and what’s zero for some may not be for all, and lastly even points of certain items may vary member by member. Thanks for letting me add those few things…as a WW coach, I could see my members coming in and asking about these details…lol. Thanks and best wishes for your journey.
You’re very welcome!❤️ It’s so delicious & creamy!😍 It eliminates the need for sweetener & cream or milk-plus, protein is always a huge bonus to any food/drink item. I hope the items I discussed help you on your journey as much as they have helped me!☺️
I I prep these ahead of time and using entire block of cream cheese and entire package 28 or 32 ounce deli turkey but on each slice of turkey you put in a tiny strip of cream cheese and roll up a small to medium sized pickled asparagus spear from Costco. You might have to cut them in half because sometimes they can get pretty big but I can’t remember what it was but it seemed like three of those which really would be close to a decent size meal was like hardly any points. I like to use the wide rectangular deli meat so that it fits the asparagus spear perfectly but I suppose you could fit two of the small round ones side-by-side it’s just not as easy. But you end up with like 30 of these hearty roll ups. Absolutely delicious. You seem very health-conscious and might use the fat free cream cheese and a really healthy turkey meat so these might even be less points if any at all if you do that
I am not on WW, but this was an interesting video. Does WW not allow full fat foods? Fat is so good for you. I do Intermittent Fasting, and fats are so essential for me - for satiety and autophagy. BTW, eggs are my favorite protein, too. 😊
You are so very welcome, RoAnna!🥰 I have been in the same boat countless times. It’s never too late to get back on the wagon and I’m so happy my channel is helping you on your wellness journey!💕
While I don’t disagree, consuming too much full fat cheese negates weight loss…pros and cons to everything. If there’s one thing I’ve learned thus far on my RU-vid/WW journey, you can’t please everyone🤷🏼♀️
Hi I just found you today so I’m not sure if you have tried this, but the carbanada noodles taste really good and they are way cheaper than the fibre gourmet noodles. You may want to give them a try 😀
Hello!☺️ Thank you so much for the suggestion!! It’s funny you would mention these because I just bought some two days ago! I’m so excited to try them as soon as they arrive😍
Good ideas! Thank you! I’m trying to do this with what I already know from being a member a couple of years ago. And trying to keep track with an old tracker. So far I have about 3 days under my belt. So starting to look for low point options to fill up on. Thank you!
Hi Shirley! That’s so awesome that you’ve got three days under your belt!Keep up the amazing work!😍 I’m so glad you found my channel and hope I can provide some useful tips and meal ideas for you. You are so very welcome!!☺️ I absolutely love to eat (lol), so I make sure I maximize the amount of food I consume by bulking up my meals with fruits and veggies and good sources of lean protein to keep me full and satisfied longer☺️
Thank you for your video. I also read through all the comments as I am new on WW. I really appreciate all the effort you put into this and am looking forward to watching more of your content. Thank you.
Haha, yesssss!!! Go Pats!!!😍 Thank you so much! You are so sweet. I give you SO much credit being a teacher. I know how hard you all work day in and day out and then being a Mama on top of it! You’re amazing!❤️
I loved this. Been a WW gal for several years. I am gluten free so hard to find some good WW goodies. Thanks for your smile today and a good love pat to keep going.
Hi Holly!!🥰 Welcome to my channel and welcome to WW! I’m so glad you found me and you’re starting out on your wellness journey. Always remember to look at this journey one day and one meal at a time. Looking at anything more than that can be overwhelming. Small, attainable goals add up fast! You can do this and I’m excited for you and here to provide help, motivation, and support!❤️💪🏻
Thank you for putting items in the description !! My mindset cannot do WW but I reallllllllly appreciate the options your suggesting especially for healthy options for whole family. BTW I dont know what complexion make up you use but it is sooo glowing gorgeous 🤩😂
One or two tablespoon's of PB2 into a cup of sf pudding and 2 tablespoon's of sf whipped topping is so good. It tastes like a mouse. I don't know the points but it is 150 calories. I got this recipe from Kristi on Planning Us Healthy. It is so good.
Just found you on here. What stopped me from scrolling was your hat. I’m a NE girl and a Patriots fan. I subscribed because I need more helpful videos like yours to help me through this WW journey!
I love that SO much!!!! NE girls, UNITE, haha!😍 I’m so happy you found me! Thank you so much for subscribing and supporting my channel. I’m honored and excited to help you through this WW journey!❤️❤️❤️
I’ve heard OWYN (Only What You Need) shakes are good! They’re sweetened with Monk Fruit Extract and are 3SP for a 12 Oz shake according to the WW app. I haven’t tried them personally, so I cannot speak on taste, but I’ve heard buzz around the WW community that this one is good and a much cleaner ingredient deck☺️
Hello! Yes, I do! I recently took the Personal Points quiz again and opted for lower daily points budget but that allowed me to have brown rice and potatoes (along with several other foods) as zero. I try and be mindful of portions and only have rice or potato for one meal per day, as to not overdo it-it’s been working out well so far!☺️
You’re so sweet!💕 Thank you so much! WW switched over to a single plan called Personal Points in November 2021, so I’m using that one and love it so far!🥰 I use several different products on my skin (experimenting with anti-aging products now that I’m in my mid-30s😂). I will make a video on my skincare routine because I’ve had this question a few times now!❤️
I just started WW & my Silk Yogurt is 8 points! Yikes! Any nondairy yogurt not so high in points? I buy laughing cow for my daughter. Do you not worry about eating so many processed foods?
In 2023, I see they did away with different "color" plans I believe. I used to be blue plan a few years ago and just signed up again, and did not see those options. The Birds Eye whole grain brown rice is zero points? I was not seeing that in WW app.
Hi Nancy!! Sorry for the delay! I would recommend googling WW locations near you and going to an in-person workshop to get started!🥰 You can also go to the WW website and choose the online option and you can access everything through the website as well!❤️
I really did enjoy your video even though I’m doing 21 day fix I’m looking at WW videos also and I’m gonna go ahead and click that thumbs up and subscribe to your channel and if you would like to come check me out I’m an RV’r and my channel is Stellas RV adventures. Always a fun thing to look at. I’m also from Maine and love the patriots!! go patriots!!
Thank you so much, Cindy!🥰 I will most definitely continue to post videos like these. It makes me so happy to know I am helping others in their wellness journey-such a rewarding feeling!☺️💕
Hi ❤I’m new to your channel. I signed up for weight watchers today. I was wondering how many 0points you can have for examples eggs and grains are a part of my 0 points.. Thank you 😊
Palmini brand palm hearts make several different "pastas" and white and brown "rice" that are really good and on my points it zero. Might want to give them a try. I get mine on Amazon.
What an awesome video ( and hat.. go pats) I just came across your channel... and after this video i signed up for weight watchers and im binging all of your videos... thanks for the inspo
Thank You! I wrote down every food you mentioned. I like all of them, except I am not crazy about brown rice. I am new to WW and I am still trying to learn as much as I can about the points system. I still don't understand, when you said that if you eat certain things, you get smart points? I'm not sure what that means. I will continue looking for answers on videos and Google. Thanks again!
