I stopped using American Airlines a number of years ago. I was going to St Louis, Mo from Richmond, Va with a layover in Chicago. I get to Chicago and get to my gate only to find out my flight had been cancelled. I didn’t get out of Chicago until 6:30 the next morning.

American😂 we were traveling NC to IN stuck on the runway which was over a hour scheduled to be home at midnight with all the delays we arrived in Indianapolis at 2am. 👎🏻
