I love this build and love that you are running around with your pistol! I'm sure lots of folks give you flack for that, but it's like telling those hunting you to bring it...cause it's not the pistol you're going to down them with.
Thanks for sharing! I think where you make the difference is mitigation. I'm reading a lot of comments about peeps wanting to increase skill power, which is true, but I think armor is firstly important, from there increase your SP (If surviving like this vid is what others are looking for).
To improve it further, you could stack skill haste and sticky damage roll instead of relying 'just' on electronics. Also, once you reached beyond the soft cap, switch to the Proximity, it has more radius and you don't have to manually trigger, which is good and bad depending on the situation. 1.2 is gonna be fun. People aren't realizing that this is an RPG too, so Tacticians are basically the modern Mage. Best of friend and worst of enemy. I'm stepping away from Sticky and building towards Seeker Mines with Max Radius + Damage. I know it's capped at 150k, but cluster can spawn 3 or more per target granted that there's not alot of enemy to cluster into.
Just started to play around with a sentry/skill build (sentry for my dps teammates, cause after 1.2, dz 201+ is insane alone).Got tired of being the typical tanky with smg dps like everyone else. This video is a real inspiration! Thank you!

nice build. I recommend a high end backpack with the 3% of damage with skills is given back as health and gloves with savage instead of the chest piece since that will be nerfed soon. extra heals never hurts and with a max sticky bfb 3% goes a long way especially when doing solo manhunts. again, nice build

Skill power rogue life is the best; me and my crew done it a couple times: 2 electronics build, 2 dps; be having status effects EVERYWHERE, neutralizing Sentry call builds with ease.
I must admit that PvP looks so much better, and varied, in consoles, just because of the aiming. That running around doesn't really work on PC with mouse aiming. People will just drop you. Another problem with The Division is that they don't realize that the same damage balance doesn't work on all platforms. I wish I could run a skillpower build, but it's practically a death sentence with the cooldowns unless I run with a group and open with my overpowered skills and then rely on my group to buy me time for another big hit.
I have the same problem with my health but I rely on my skills since my skills I can get them in less than 15 seconds. but you have more health than me I'm only at 44,648
Lovely video. I have built quiet a bit towards skill, but never decided to like, forgo fireamrs entirely and have a build only buffing stamina and electronics with skill power. Definitely going to hit that up. Wouldn't mind playing with you sometime on xbox.
Great vid man. Love the sticky bomb build. I'm trying to gear myself over to the health/skill power build but have too much firearms stats on my stuff. I can max my bfb but I end up with only 60K health which is WAY too low.
Totally true my dude people just don't like trying new things and then never really look at how hard it is for people to use a sticky bomb. Trust me i know how hard it is because i use a beast sticky in the level 14 dz and its hard out there i also use it on my level 30 and its even harder up there with all the final measure and stuff i feel you bro i understand where your coming from. I like skill build. As a player who has setups for both. I would argue that sticky bomb build is faaaaaaaaaaar easier to play then DPS build. Especially when it's 1vServer. I'm not saying it's easy to play sticky bomb build, only that it is easier.
very nice, I'm rocking sticky alot lately, maxed damage at 37k skill, have 150 DPS , 92k health 65%armor, can't wait for those buffed performance mods coming out in 1.2 , even more fools gonna be dropping. wish I had 100k health!
Wow... I actually do have the ability to get a build similar to whay you have right now. I was trying to go for a Firearms/stamina build, but everything I get is telling me to go for an electronics build, and I always just left them in the stash.
This is kinda what I'm working towards. I'm going less skill power (25-30k) because I'm running full Tactician's Authority so I get the 4 piece bonus, and I can spec more into Stamina and Firearms. Good stuff nonetheless!
With 1.2 I'm hoping to make my second character like this. I solo too and my tankie guy is good but not good enough for solo rouging on console. Great vid again.

You real life made me want to do this, I'm getting rid of all my sentry and going to tactician, I got my skill power to 18k but I just need tactician gear * I highly regret getting rid of all my tactician earlier*
Damn, that's nuts you can just run around people like that. I was one of those that geared more towards firearms but I have another character I am building more towards skill I just didn't know how you were able to get up that high with the gear I had. Looks like i'll be buying shit tomorrow though based off of yours :D

Mines at 1063FA and 45K skill power! But I hurt in stamina. It's only around 60k with 60 mitigation. It's all a matter of play style. I did that only to gain all talents on my weapons

I have almost the same as you but I can't get my health up right now my health is at 44,648 and even at that health I'm pretty good because I rely in my skills like overdose, med kit and signature all those I can get in less than 14 seconds because of my skill power but the health you have is the reason why you are almost invincible. can you give me some tips on how to get more health without sacrificing my SkillPower? thanks and I love your videos!
