What makes me unhappy is that I always watch inspirational videos like this and never make the change that’s required. If I do, it doesn’t last very long. Comfort is my biggest weakness to date.
it's ok brother as long as you realize what you're doing wrong you're already ahead of most. now all it takes is for you to take action just one day and see the difference that'll carry you to keep making change everyday going forward. just take it one day at a time try to be better than yesterday!
Start small and just change one tiny little thing and stick to that tiny little thing until you lock it in, like 2-4 weeks then, and only then, pick another tiny little thing and stick to that for 2-4 weeks. You get to feel powerful and proud of yourself during these tiny little changes and isn’t that what want? To feel better? You will look up at the end of 1 year and have changed 12 things (at least) that you wanted to, AND you feel good about yourself during this process. Beating yourself up trying to change, never works. You’ve got this!
Pick a motivational video... 1.Make a list (roadmap) of what you want to achieve. 2. Stick to it...work towards achieving it. 3. Keep track of your progress. 4. Don't watch any motivational videos until you achieved the one you are working on. 5. Repeat.

What makes me unhappy is not having any CONTROL. What I make is what I make. My efforts don't translate into my payout. My time is not mine. I don't have the freedom to do things HOW I WANT THEM to be.
I will be back here on Saturday, November 16, 2024. By then my BRAND will be the BIGGEST and the STRONGEST in my local real estate market. Through leveraging social media, providing the absolute best service, and doing the hard work especially when I don't feel like it. I am working for my future self every single day and it will all be worth it.
I’m a public school teacher with no current desire to go into real estate yet Ryan’s videos still bring soooo much to my life! This might be the best one yet! You work so hard to make money and build up your career which is your idea of success… but ask all the billionaires that come home to an empty house because you neglected the important stuff in life. "What makes you unhappy?" I'm 21. I lost my mother when I was 11. I lost my father when I was 14. Shortly after losing my father, my eldest sister got custody of me, transferred whatever assets remained into her name and kicked me out of our father's house. I ended up in an orphanage. None of my relatives visited me. I now share rent of $600 a one bedroom with a grotesque 60-year-old man, and I cannot afford that. I got a 1030 on my SAT as well as multiple certificates while coping with all of this yet no one will hire me. There were multiple instances when I considered joining my parents. These things make me unhappy. Thank you, Ryan Serhant. I needed this.

What makes me unhappy not being the best at what I do not taking action when I know I need too and missed opportunities... I am going be 49 years ols and let me tell you time fly's don't waste time don't waste the opportunities in front of you, be in the moment so that your being writes your future. Don't worry about the day because you have already planned for this day last year or 10years ago by living in that moment of opportunity.
