It's been -30+ with wind chill for a week here! I currently have a 3x a day skincare routine 😂, if i do door dash, i have to add a few layers of moisturizers over my makeup lol! And i am just covered in occlusives, thank goodness i have really thirsty skin, cuz windburn will get ya if you don't actively fight it, regardless of skintype. I can't wait til its 0° again & i can get back to a "normal" winter routine.
For people who cant afford ollipop all the time, but who like probiotics in food ingredients, if you have a WinCo, i highly recommend their sourdough. Check the ingredients but it should just have sourdough starter in it, no yeast or vinegar. Most supermarket sourdough is simply that flavor of regular yeasted breast. WinCo makes the real deal. Also organic whole milk yogurt works for me, i need to get back on that routine soon. I have a GI disorder, so i have a lot of special health foods & drinks, sometimes I accidentally drop one from my routine so thank you thank you thank you for the reminder!

I always let my husband shower first at night because we both know I take FOREVER, same as you lol. Also, there's a saying that's like, "the uglier you go to bed, the prettier you wake up," and it's so true! ❤
If you like citrus scents, try Bath and Body works Sun-Washed Citrus...smells sooooo gooood. And they make clean body washes now (not all their scents are clean though).
It’s really good at exfoliating the skin and it doesn’t trap in bacteria like a loofa would. Personally when I switched my loofa for the African net I stopped breaking out on my chest and back, and my boyfriend also switched and he has kp on his arms and it’s no where near as noticeable as it was before he started using the net
@@whitecherryblossom9535 yes just last week on my back and chest. However it has made my chest so incredibly itchy, dry and red. A awful feeling. Thats has eased off a bit now but it's still noticeable so I'm trying to find what moisturiser is best to help sooth that irritation. I've been putting e45 on so far. What else helps with it do you know?

Please cleanse your skin for 60 seconds, but also, the la roche posay oil cleanser is not an actual oil cleanser, its a water based cleanser that has oils in it, so its the same as the other cleanser you used, it just has oils, so in a double cleansing routine, it would be the second step because water based cleansers go second, just a little tip I had
