First exciting condo new launch in Bedok after 10 years! Previously was Bedok Residences mixed development.
It's just 250m to Bedok MRT station

Just a few questions: - What are your thoughts on piermount grand ec as the first own stay property - You said to steer clear of overseas property, but I saw from your video with PLB that you have a condo in KL. Do overseas properties only makes sense after we maxed out the first 2 properties like you?
