Hi sis I am 8 month pregnant..I have don't have any complications. But my doc said walk only for 15 min and didn't tell any exercise for normal delivery..first baby is csection..

Wow nice.. first don't be scared.. just have confidence that anything is possible.. don't in particular I use to do all house old chores by myself .. consult your doc before trying any exercise or foods.. I was instructed to do squats, I climb stairs everyday, do butterfly exercise, I ate normal diet and rest everything in gods hands.. just pray keep yourself positive.. once u deliver pls do let me know .. 😊
Sis, am 6 months pregnant now. Am also expecting VBAC by the grace of jesus. Please pray for me and inform me what are the exercises and workout we need to do for VBAC

Sissy super.. We also planned for Vbac. last week doctor said 1 cm dilated.I have one doubt sissy if you feel any pain in your previous scar area while baby moving??? Please reply sis bcz I feel little pain in previous c section scar area...
Baby movement sometimes give me pain too.. but it's quite normal.. be confident check with your gyne n do some exercises..definitely everything will b positive
