The purpose of that is to cook the pasta More Faster. It's a Simple Logic, because Since the water Is not that Much It can reach the boiling point in a short period of time.
My guess is that it is to avoid water wastage and making it one-pan 'simple version'. No need to swap from pot to pan and using strainer. This is good way to cook any type of noodles if cooking in small kitchen area.
For people who loves pancit canton, Maggi Kari is also worth to try! Tho it's a soup type. Especially if you love ramen. It's a malaysian noodles but we could bought it at any department store or sari-sari store. I just feel like it doesn't get the recognition it deserves.
The traditional way to eat pancit canton, is best with hard boiled eggs, fried sunny-side up and scrambled egg. But the best for me is when it's served with hard boiled egg. 💖
@@kinggenzvideo4363 yeah a soft boiled egg is my favorite to add to any of my ramen that I eat! But I can’t eat ramen without any vegetables!! I always sauté/caramelized onions, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and some chicken with 3 soft boiled eggs, and add in some apple cider vinegar (which is my secret ingredient!) it’s so yummy 😋 but I usually only make it like that with Tonkotsu ramen!! And I only use 1 pack and I only eat half because it’s a lot of food but you save the other half for the next day and omg it tastes so good because it has set in all those flavors!!! Sometimes I make it at lunch time but I won’t touch it until late at night until It’s set for hours in its juices!! ….damn now I want some lol
Saken naman version is mag grate ng cheese tapos lagay sa bowl tapos egg, kaya inuna ko lagay kasi para matunaw sa baba kasi yung taas is pancit canton mainit para madali lang maluto, legit masarap partner mopa ng coke

Ganito rin ako magluto ng pancit canton. Before, I usually put 3 cups of water para sa dalawang pancit canton, ngayon, I just put 1 cup of water then pagkatapos ihalo yung seasonings ng pancit canton. Then voila, tapos na.
What I do is add 1½ cup water to pan and put stove on high. Add pre-made seasonings when water starts heating. Add noodles when stock is boiling. When the noodles starts going soft, add 1 or 2 eggs in the middle and turn heat down ¼ of the dial and put lid on the pan for 1 minute, and then ready to eat 😁🍜
Ganyan ako magluto ng pancit canton for almost four years na. Yun nga lang inuuna ko lutuin yung pancit canton, at saka may kaunting sabaw para di agad magdry. Saka ako magpafried ng egg, then ilalagay sa taas ng canton. At Less than five minutes lang ang nakukunsumo kong oras.
lucky me pancit canton uses voodoo too lmao but seriously no matter what i try to eat or cuisines i try to explore.. this will always be part of my top 5 fave comfort food 💖
Tried this on a microwave oven and on pan. This tasted alot better if you mixed the egg with the whole noodle, You also don't need to put a lot of extra seasoning the pre made seasonings already enough 😁
I tried to cook this for my mom, then when she started to eat it she said “wow this is so delicious, where did you get this recipe?” I lied and told her “it’s my own recipe mom”.. thank you for this idea btw
Matagal na namin to ginagawa ehh .. ang pinag kaiba lang iba ang pag luto ng itlog tapos iba rin yung pancit canton.. tapos may coke na kasama..SARAAAPPPP!! UTI LATER!! 😂😂
