Hello everybody. I made this video to share my vestibular migraine story from the initial onset of symptoms to where I'm at 8 years later. I've also started an instagram account to share my experience ‪@_cmjournal_‬ .
Vestibular Migraine can turn your world upside down (pun not intended) it's a scary experience and it takes time to understand what is happening, why it is happening and how to heal. Having Vestibular Migraine doesn't mean you can't live a fulfilling life, sometimes you just need to bring it along for the ride. I hope this helps anyone who needs it right now and please remember things can and will get better :)

Thank you for making this video ❤ I always get comfort from hearing others experiences going through this… it’s nice to know we do not struggle alone and that there are people who understand. I have been dealing with this for almost 5 years now. It’s very exhausting.

Thank you for this comment ❤ I am so glad this video gave you some comfort. It was the only thing that really helped me early on was to listen to others experiencing the same thing. Knowing we are not alone is so important in learning to manage this illness. You are right, it is so exhausting and we are so strong 🌻

I’ve had VM since 2017 and every symptom you mentioned I’ve dealt with. I’m still battling this condition very badly and it’s stolen a lot of good years from me. I developed serious anxiety and health anxiety because of it and my life has never been the same since. Thank you for sharing your story as it’s videos like this that give me hope to keep pushing on as I’m not alone in this. It’s good to see a fellow Aussie as well! Do you take any medication? If so, what works for you? I saw great success early on with getting on an antidepressant and felt great for 1.5-2 years with minimal symptoms until the drug stopped working properly.
