20:09 Rest in Piece to Maruki’s Voice Actor; Billy Kametz who sadly died last year due to cancer. And he was only 35 Years old, that’s too young to have that, especially to a greatly talented actor. I recommend spending time with him (Maruki) to better understand him and the story.

Pleasant boy is absolutely one of my favourite charaters and honestly the whole story is beautifully crafted. I also love how they perfectly integrated the Royal exclusive characters (Kasumi and Maruki). It's like they were always meant to be there.

Maruki yes, I'm not sure about kasumi. She felt forced in quite a few scenes, but I also can't think of a better way to add her. She needed a decent presence in the game otherwise people who bought royal for the new characters wouldn't feel it worth it. It could also just be me being biased. I resisted playing royal for a long time because I thought she would be a complete Mary Sue and would ruin p5 for me. And while she's nowhere near as bad as I thought (I wouldn't even consider her a bad character), and she has been growing on me, she's also maybe one of my least favourite parts about royal.

If you end up playing through the full game, you MUST complete the Justice, Faith and Counsiler arcanas before mid November. Not saying why for spoiler reasons, but it heavily affects the game.

You actually don’t have to have faith or Justice done, but you’ll be locked out of content in the portion that requires counselor

@@BelBelle468 Nah if you don’t have all 3 done, consider abandoning your teammates in that one hangout, or choose to forget your promise, you won’t reach that part of the game. It’s a very particular and easy to mess up set of criteria lol

@@CrowAtNightThe Councillor is the only confidant needed. Faith and Justice only unlock new cutscenes and some other benefits. The actual part of the game only needs Councillor.

i love how every persona 5 playthrough is unique and different due to the person playing it. I’ve watched many many playthroughs and video essays about Persona 5 Royal, and yours is by far my favorite. You genuinely seem to be enjoying the game to its fullest, and your reactions and theories are so good! I genuinely hope you keep playing, because I think you’ll really love the ending of this game. I didn't really notice Matt Mercer was in this game until I saw this video and looked it up, having not really watched Critical Role or anything untiol after my initial playthrough of P5 back on the PS4. BUT THEN I realized while watching this, that when you idle in combat with him he says "How do you want to do this?" Just like in CR and I'm fucking floored at how awesome of a reference that is hahaha.

Really glad to see you continue this and definitely want more. Although it has its cliches and sticky spots, Persona 5 is still a damn good game, with some really powerful and heartfelt moments sprinkled throughout the anime silliness. Hell, maid teacher actually has one of my favorite of the game's side character story lines, and that is not something I would have believed going into it.

Commenting for engagement, I highly doubt you'll see this, but I'll go on. I've watched a lot of people play this game (as well as playing it through twice fully), and I'm seriously enjoying re-living it through these videos. If you do finish it, I'd highly recommend playing the upcoming Persona 3 Reload. I can't guarantee people will want to see that, but I'll sure be there :3

This Video was so much fun to watch. Normally i would put on a video of people who play Persona 5 in the background while i do other stuff but this video is cut so well that i sat there and watched the entire 2h. I cant imagine how much work flows into cutting 25h of content into a 2h video. Its also so fun because it felt like you seariously enjoyed your time playing this game and your reactions were hilarious. Great work with this video and i hope you will enjoy the third chapter (maybe in 6 months :D)
