The skirts all look great. I am old enough to remember that I had several skirts back in the 70’s that had that same pocket/closure arrangement. It was very common back then and then it disappeared for decades.

Love the Khaki skirt, I can imagine it with a cozy chunky orange turtle neck sweater and booties for fall even! The Cheetah print one would look amazing with a slim fit turtle neck and a light weight tan safari type style jacket with a chunky wooden beaded necklace! Great fabric choices once again! Ava''s skirt is adorable too, little swing cami style tops or even an eyelet bordered linen midi crop top for summer would look cute!

I love the leapord print skirt. It is beautiful and you look great in it. I liked your daughters skirt too. That is perfect for at least 2season’s if not 3. Well I bet your having fun at your retreat. Bye.

Love all your versions of the Wattle. Eons ago I had a pattern with a pocket closure like that and loved it; I think it might have been an ancient Nancy Zieman pattern. I probably should dig through my pattern collection and see if I still have it. Hope your sewing retreat is fun and productive.

Love the skirts! Fabulous sewing... The loose fitting Monroe t shirt is free. I have just finished one using some of your pattern adjustment tips. Very pleased with it. To think in the past I just took in seams and let out seams to make fit. Huge difference when I took the time to cut and adjust the pattern pieces, eg narrow the shoulders. Thanks 😍

Great skirts. I hope you had a great sewing retreat. The jalie free pattern is the Yoko. I've just made it and I'm liking it. I did find the neck little bit tight for me so I did widen it a touch but other than that it seems to be a great pattern. 👍😍

Beautiful skirts! I’m not sure about the name of this pattern (wattle? As in turkey neck? Hahaha) but you’ve certainly made some great pieces absolutely bursting with style.

Filming in your sewing room is definitely better. It’s a good pattern, so nice to see all three options, love the linen skirt. (do you have a mountain of makes yet? ....)
