I was deciding whether or not to eat at 130 am even though I’m not hungry at all! so I watched this video and it motivated me to remember I am in control. Thank you for that

You have pretty hand writing 🙂 I also like to write things out or print it out and hang it up so I can see my results all laid out in a week. Really neat how you plan things out! Thanks for sharing!

I do trigger tracker too! Im a binge eater and can't seem to stop so i closed in my eating window a while back and it helped so much, especially since to switched to maintenance mode. Do you plan out your workouts too and the goals in those? I feel like if i dont set a goal for cardio i slack on it. Also, when you date do you also seek out fitness minded people? I think a huge part of my success through all of this was that i was supported, but also joined for a lot of this process by my husband. Even my kids get in on it. My kids got sweat bands and whistles for my birthday and we take them to the track with us. They are horrible coaches, but they are adorable and them enjoying it makes me enjoy the exercise more.

I don't really plan out my workouts in a journal. I do document what I'm doing though. I also know how many times a week I"m going to workout and what I'm going to do......wait. lol yeah I guess I do plan them out without really writing it down though. I'm having a hard time dating lol. I'm shy and busy with trying to build a mini empire!! lol

@@70lbsOfLife i met my husband when i accidentally hit him pulling out of a parking lot. You never know when you'll run into love. It'll happen eventually. You are crushing the fitness brand game if that helps! You're the only person I'm really watching anymore because i lost interest in other fitness channels because they are either fakely over positive or slipped into disordered eating all together and I find that triggering.

I love that you shared this! I've been looking for fitness journal ideas for the new one I'm working on, perfect timing! I'm pregnant and due in January, so I'm taking time to make a cute one to get me motivated after I have baby.

No problem, I have to comment and give props where props are due. One quick question, where do you track your carbs? How do you know if your meeting your 20g or below carb goal, if that is a goal you are following? What are your carb goals? Thanks!

I had the same issue with fasting. I found that if I pushed my eating time to 2pm it made it easier cause I was keeping busy till then. I love the planner ideas you have. I'm a big planner person so I'm definitely going to take some of your ideas.

I'm 11 years old and I weigh almost 180 pounds. I really want to lose weight but that's hard to do when no one in your family wants to help you or even cares. Some of my family members even make fun of me. All I want is a strict planed out diet and workout schedule. I also need someone to support me.

Im sorry that you have to go through this, it's not easy and you shouldn't have to at 11 yrs old or at all. The best advice I can give is to cut out sugar! That will help you alot . Good luck curlyheadedfoodie 😊

Thanks for sharing this video! Im just starting it, i already have some pages to make (i have a raw?,,,it think its raw,,, sketches , so i remake it in beautyful reading pages, and begin with putting them in a map, i will post it later when i have a beginning of it, on instagram and if you like i will post you in a hastagg below it so you can see it later) (but what you made is a beautyfull example for the future once i got a bunch load of recipes that i like to eat :D ) thanks for being such a motivation

I follow these simple rules....keep carbs 20 grams or below. (0 is less than 20) , eat the fat that comes with your protein, no more than a fist of above ground veg, no more than two fist sized portions of leafy greens. No fruit. Berries are ok but no more than a half cup. No tracking is needed. The number one thing is to listen to your body and eat ONLY when hungry. You’ll find the your body will get the fat needed for fuel off your body. Don’t add extra fat , it’s eat fat to satiety and no more. I know it’s hard to wrap your thoughts around. I promise, that the best thing I ever did was stopping this tracking notion. Freedom!
