Morning drink - warm water Breakfast - 2 bread slice 1 egg omelette with 1cup tea or 2 boiled egg with tea. Lunch - fruit chat or vegetable salad add dryfruits. Dinner - Dal Rice sabji or whatever u make Night drink - jeera ajawain saunf water

Mein b weightloss kr rhe hu Sugar bilkul cut 45 mint walk 30 mint exercise Breakfast 2 chapati white boil egg any veggies or dahi Lunch .in portion rice salad dahi. Dinner some time one chapati sabzi Nd sometime only salad Sonea se pehle garm pani with garlic 🙌

@@SaiyadMuskan-lr4sq morning .chia seed with luk warm water and a lemon juice After that walk for 40 mins After a hour. Take some fruits in breakfast. Drink water . And add some salds in u r meal . Before sleeping walk for 20 mins Ur fast 5 or 6 kg will lose very easily

Ky baat kar rahi h mam aap ..maine 3 time roti khaake 7kg lose kiya hua hai..without sugar and sometime mai oily food bhi khaya karti thi...exercise bhi proper nhi kari fir bhi 7 kg lose hua 😌

Mai police sub inspector ka phyasical interview bhi Diya hai.mai roj zero running 10 km karti thi 9 kg weight loss hua 1.5 month Mai aur 7 month Maine fix excercise chod di fir waise ki waise Mera vajan ho Gaya. Abhi to 10km jogging karti hu.jumping jacks vagere phir bhi vajan Kam nahi ho Raha. Mere gaon Mai to sabjiya khet Mai he. Plz kya Karu bata dijiye.

Don't follow all these things with out asking the Doctor.itne jaldhi weight loss karna is unhealthy it's not only fat loss but also muscle loss .3 kgs in a month is a healthy weight lose usck alawa it's not healthy
