They explained it really well earlier but it blew over everyone’s head. Every vid out was saying force sensitive and I tried pointing it out but ,you know.
That's not what I took from it... It was that Omega WAS force sensitive and had potential, but in order to develop those abilities she had to go away... Thus Ventress and the Batch silently decided Omega would be best off staying with their brothers and letting her force abilities fade away.
@@Rorujin omegas blood is needed to transfer force powers into a clone. Their main goal is to clone the emperor. The evil head doctor explained it (her blood) in an earlier episode.
I'm pretty sure she was, yes, but like one of the guys said, they just decided it wasn't what she truly wanted, and force sensitivity doesn't fade away, as proven with Leia, regardless of whether you liked that choice or not, was still canon.
Omega’s blood is a bonding agent. When mixed with a subjects blood, that subject can now be cloned and they will not have a reduced m-count. That’s all. That’s the whole thing
Yeah, I hope they realized it before the end. Omega is not force sensitive (well actually she may be slightly but it was never a plot point yet) but her blood lets clones retain the force strength of their donor cells.
My personal head cannon is that Midichlorians are based on Mitochondria which are passed by women only to their offspring so the force is passed maternally and Omega being a female clone is why her blood is special.
The Kiners really showed their capacity here. I love the score for the last few minutes of E13, it's incredibly tense. And that super creepy CX Clone theme...
Something I love about these final episodes is they showcase what an absolute ninja Echo still remains. They didn't make him an ARC Trooper for nothing!
It's obvious that the later search for Grogu is because the Empire re-opened Project Necromancer after the Battle of Endor, and lost track of Omega. I have a feeling that the upcoming Mandalorian and Grogu movie will featured the Batch in some capacity, or at least Omega.
The mission is about more than just saving omega. Echo’s been my favorite in this whole series. Way to go echo for doing what’s right and fighting for your brothers
15:08 Yeah, the m-count project necromancer-thing … They try not to talk about it much, since that storyline was set-up in The Mandalorian season 3. The Bad Batch gives more insight into that, like that Omega is the key to the success of project necromancer. Which is why I‘m thinking, Omega will probably have an appearance in The Mandalorian as well.
Holden my guy, the M Count thing was explained well enough. Omega's blood is the substrate or whatever that's binding Midichlorians to the new host. Nobody else's blood accepts the Midichlorians. Ventress will get more screen time in a future project, they've said as much. I'm not too worked up about retconning a certain detail from her last novel appearance, they've done it countless times with others like Kanan in this very show, or Ahsoka in the Tales shorts. The broad strokes of the original story are still there in all three cases even if the fine details are different. Can we just appreciate how much Echo carries these last few episodes now that he's finally got some screen time? He's the real MVP. And props to Omega for taking charge of the situation and really showing her mettle and the experience she's accumulated being a child soldier with her bros.
Ventress was put in as a reintroduction for some later project. Lucasfilm does that at times, like when they used the Pykes in a season 1 episode, clearly to remind us of them before they showed up in The Book of Boba Fett. The cameo thing, I feel, was the bounty hunters. The only reason for throwing in Fennec and Bane was because they're popular and people like seeing more of them. Bane was being his usual self, and Fennec's only development was we learned that she's kinda curious about what became of Omega.
I feel like Ventress and others will show up in future animated projects. You don’t spend the money on a new model like that without having plans for the character. My theory is they do a series about The Path. They can use all the clones, Ventress and others and explore what was set up in Obi Wan Kenobi.
My theory is Palpatine wants to clone himself and transfer his Sith powers so that he can cheat Death (the version you see in Rise of Skywalker). Until now they have not been able to transfer M count to a clone to stay at same levels. They discover in Omega they could. They wanted to master this to clone Palpatine and have him keep his same M count
Obligatory "Omega is not force sensitive, she's just a special clone who makes it so force sensitive dorks CAN be cloned themselves" comment~ This show was awesome, the animated series are some of the few Star Wars things I've enjoyed, and more so because it had little to no Jedi nonsense save for the cloning thing. I just, I'm done with the force, its just silly to me now. They have this GIGANTIC GALAXY to explore and tell stories from, so to see these guys' story was awesome. Reminded me of that teased 1313 game years back we all geeked out, about a mercenary type guy, before it was canned.
The security is terrible on Imperial bases because they are so arrogant to think someone would be stupid enough to break into them. Meanwhile, everyone breaks into them. I think you wanting them to do something with the M-count thing is more you wanting something that has nothing to do with the current story. They've been saying why they want her for her M-count levels. Not sure, but it seems like you want her to train (mentioning of Ventress coming back).
I really didn't like Omega in season 1 and 2. Half of season one was just the Bad Batch crew trying to save Omega from problems she created. They would tell her to stay there, don't touch anything, don't talk to anyone and she would touch everything, talk to everyone, and not stay in place. It was annoying. Season 3 won me over to Omega. She really matured as a character and she was actually helpful instead of just being the source of most of the problems.
Holden, when are you guys going to cover some good shows? The Acolyte just came out, The Boys has a new season out, so does House of the Dragon. Get on it guys. Lets get some good content flowing again.
@@Coopercb16 I mean the people who think it's cool to hate on stuff other people like. If you don't like it, that's fine. Move on with your life. Don't shit in other people's cereal because you're miserable.
If you hate or don't like bad batch, then just don't watch the video. Commenting won't stop them from watching, especially since they've been finished with the show a month ago
