The funny thing about this event is that i kinda like how the endings are ultimately 2 paths to the same end, with the only difference actually being a personal one with regards to the burden of the commander's choice. Just like no matter how much time passes, the commander's shower will always be a public landmark. Personally, i went with 'spare' for my first pick, seems like i'm in the minority on that since everyone i've watched went with 'kill'.
