This man is one of the most genuine and intelligent individuals I've encountered-sharp,tactful, and always thinking with clarity and discernment. From a respected family,he's earned the nickname "General" or "Pana" for his exceptional leadership and character, which speaks volumes about his remarkable qualities. He's one grandson to the late late oil tycoon E.A Yeboah and one of four brothers. While each sibling is unique,he stands out for his calculated approach and very kind nature, making him a remarkable individual plus a fearless attitude that only yields to his faith in God.The US government is renowned for its rigorous investigations, and this gentleman's accomplishments, are a testament to his hard work and determination. He's a goal-oriented individual who has successfully achieved what many others strive for,and his success is well-earned. The realest brother ever.Keep shinning.
This guy is intelligent..The same thing to me. People say am not civilised, because I don't go in for expensive things. Bless you brother Much love❤❤❤.
Whenever a woman is pushing for a marriage, remember, she is pushing for her ultimate interest!!! And whenever, a man is pushing for something else rather than marriage, remember he is pushing for his ultimate interest. The World is a battle of interests!! But Good people always become victims of manipulation!!
Marriage for green is 2 years conditional then file to remove the conditional permanent residence before the 2 years expired to get a 10 year green card
Thank you big brother for saying the truth most people in abroad are living in debt ask them $10, 000 dollors they can't oooo you are an eye opener God bless you.
Because they don’t trust the system and hence can’t use their last money or loan money for business but in other herd they believed abroad they will definitely get job and come open business .. many borgas established business, collapsed and run back to make money back
About buying a house abroad, you can only say the house belongs to you IF the mortgage is paid off in full. Period. Otherwise, you don't have a house yet.
True talk Sis. I’m always surprised when people say they have bought a house here when actually it’s not fully paid. Funny enough most people don’t finish paying till death.hmm
@@KofichampagneDon’t forget u can use the equity to invest. If u are renting u are throwing money away. Also there are tax benefits from homeownership. Well if u die, your spouse or survivors can inherit the house. Consider. 👍🏾
@Kofichampagne Yes, Brother, it's like a burden if you own a house. At the same time, renting is also......??? Humm. The best plan is to pay off your mortgage faster with accelerated bi-weekly and make use of 10% annual lump sum and double up payment. Your wife should stop going to manure and pedicure and spa. She should learn how to do all that at home. The husband should also reduce the beer drinking and put the money towards the mortgage. 😄😄😄
@@kwasi47 I know all these. We have a house at richardson Tx but we have established ourselves back home too so the dream is to go and live in Ghana cos I feel sad seeing people still working even after retirement cos of mortgage. Just waiting on the kids to settle then oya we go.
DJ, those abroad are able to see the opportunities back home cos they have the money to invest into it...if u have money, u can easily see opportunities..how many of us has money in Ghana to invest into business readily?
@gloria...there are many people in GH who will never ever choose USA over Ghana...I personally know a friend I went to school with in Ghana who was sending money to his girlfriend in the USA from Ghana for her upkeep in the USA and there are many others like my brother who is a dietician currently in a hospital in Ghana
@@kingkweku9761masa he is saying the truth that those saying opportunities in Ghana after traveling is bcus they have now make money but someone who just competed school can never see any opportunities as far as he lucks the fund Secondly we used majority in averaging and I can tell you for fact that only about 10 to 15% are okay that they don’t wish to travel but majority are don’t off from the system … so you can’t mentioned those few you know to make conclusion whiles we know majority of Ghanaians are suffering
And out of all the individuals DJ has interviewed, one person has left a lasting impression on me-he's the most intellectually gifted and astute of the people interviewed. His exceptional cognitive abilities and profound insights make him a thought leader, and i strongly believe that he should be showcased more often or more people like him sharing their wealth of knowledge and inspiring others through DJ's platform.
I think the lady just wanted to use you to complete her education because she realized that you're smart and can help her to finish her education. And because you also needed green card, you decided to marry her. Thats why after she finished school she decided to go her way.
Dj,in this world we ..human beings we don't value things around us...but the moment its passes way ....then you come relise the most important thing we were having..l will never give up watching you programs..keep it up and big shout out to your crew ❤❤❤
Everyone in US see opportunities in Ghana. When they were here before they left, they didn’t see that. Same applies to the youth. The exposure alone there will give you the business mind. What he is saying is all through but you can’t write off the youth eagerness to travel. Now you are well to do even from a good family. Yet still stayed there. Thanks for passing through
Guys don’t listen to this Guy come to the US, this is heaven on earth, the only people with documents who are struggling are the womanizers. 10,000 GHC is $850 this is amount you will earn in a week. Put women aside, stay single and work you can do anything here.

Bro well said….the runs you said you would come and do in Ghana to get the $10000…remember the capital and sometimes the materials are in from abroad to sell and get the cus the demand for such things are is…we the youth even have the capital pls…some are hardworking and are earning 500-600 in Ghana, bro when are you going to gather the capital with this salary..
The age does not matter my brother. There are older men and women in America who can marry you for green card. You can also work until 70 years if you are strong and create a retirement.
Am sure he didn't love the lady so he was showing attitude to the lady. . And if you are paying for your green card always sign a contract to be on the safe side.
WHEN THEY COME AND SAY THERE IS MONEY IN GHANA, LET THEM MENTION A COUPLE OF THE MEANS N BUSINESSES THEY R TALKING ABOUT.CUS EVERYONE IS SAYING SIKA W) GHANA, SIKA W) GHANA HASNT SAID ANYTHING IF THEY DONT SHOW THE WAY TO THE SIKA.
Bro your colleges you left in Ghana who have Degree and phd who has been working over 2 decades don’t even have a land or a house to boast of but you don’t even have a degree in the states and you’re saying you own lands and buildings and property in Ghana in this short time….masa show us the way den stop the mastermind tactics…Ghana lifestyle….!
B4 Nigerian get closer to a Ghanian U have to be carefull they are oppountunist always wanto profit from U If they don't get anything from U they change
To me the lady was the actual beneficiary of his goodwill. However, she sought to harm him despite his kindness, and her actions ultimately led to him seeking legal recourse ,exposing her true intentions. The lady in question was rather the opportunist.
He equally uses her to get his documents. Which woman will put her life at risk through marriage just because she wanted him to help her with school. He knew what he wanted. Look at him even coming back to Ghana to pick his childhood girlfriend. He had his agenda
The thing you are lucky not to have to send money back home to your parents and siblings so you need no extra jobs Some people have their poor family back home to feed. Like parents wives and kids back home you will have no choice to work extra to cater for them. This is many people work extra jobs you know.
Look, You can't compare a 3rd world country to a 1st world....There are several factors that meet the eye...Their children, education, health care, law and order....how the system is designed....
telling us half of the story and expecting us to believe the full story to be the truth ... suddenly a girl that fell in love with you will say let's split .. what did you actually do bro?
Unless you intend to venture into agriculture in Ghana, what business will be viable when the currency is not stable and cost of doing business is always increasing, creating little to no profit? Unless you charge in dollars in Ghana your business is literally going to die with such as a bad economic situation.
Thank you bro! It is the most stupid thing to do that many jobs and still have nothing to show for it. You are just working for the nation and pay taxes to be used in fighting wars in Ukraine and Israel!!!
Massa, now the issue in Ghana now is not about u having a good job in Ghana n blablablaaaa...u even mentioned that, if u r earning ghc5,000 n ur wife is also earning ghc5,000 u r good to go in Ghana ! Massa, u have no idea....a litre of petrol is ghc15.22, everything has skyrocketed...food is what is driving inflation high in Ghana ...so things r not the way u seem it
Let’s not jump into conclusions: I wish the woman would come tell her story. My thoughts: * the guy did not love the woman . * he was in a relationship with the woman he skimmed over something before the woman said she was in love with him * only a crazy woman would just out of the blue say she is leaving a marriage she wanted . * there was an underlying current she could sense something. * a woman scorned is a dangerous animal. * He never made the effort to go to Ghana with the woman. * this story di3 DJ . We need the woman’s side . . This story is an example of there is always 3 sides to a story. His side , her side and the Lords side .
The man is smart by taking the issue to court. The judges saw some truth to his story and granted him whatever he deserves. Some women can be abusive too.Maybe the woman was scorned from her previous relationship is what you mean and wanted this man to take the hit but he didn't allow it.
Hmmm. Women ; selfish and greediness : as a man be careful when you dealing with your woman , she can change . Never think your woman is different cos that will shock you when you are caught on unawares 😂
I know of a man who was selling daily graphic in kumasi at the age of 54 years before travelling to the States. He had nothing but within three -four years, if u see the sort of building he's been able to put up at Juaso in the Ashanti region, u will be marveled. Masa, abrokyire deɛ, ɛyɛ....
@abenaamponsah5295 Which of the two people do you think had great credit report to apply for a loan at the time they were making the purchase ? ☻️☻️☻️
I believe he meant that, having navigated the rigorous processes ,one may establish authentic relationships with these individuals ,potentially leading to marriage, and thus obviating the need for documentation fees as with most foreigners.
He had his own agenda of using the girl to get his documents. He was frequenting Ghana visiting Ghana and seing his childhood girlfriend who he married and had children with. No one is faulting him, but he should not badmouth the Nigerian lady who helped him
It is unlikely that he exploited the girl considering his substantial support for her education and financial well-being.In fact, she may have rather taken advantage of him instead. He is a smart man.
You are the only one who seems to catch this. Everyone else is not catching the truth. He used the girl for paper, no love at all. And when the girl found out about his marriage in Ghana she decided to leave him and revoke his green card.
Exactly it’s so clear he was engaged to someone in Ghana. Why was he busy traveling to Ghana immediately they got married in the US and his process wasn’t even complete. What was he rushing to Ghana to go and do given that he claims his parents were well to do and didn’t even need him there. What substantial financial support did he give her, remember he said right after the girl finished school she got a job besides even when the girl was in school she was working too. What he’s saying is that he contributed money so they buy a house, were you expecting the lady to pay for the house herself? Her school work it’s normal , havnt you ever helped your friend or girlfriend or boyfriend with their assignments before? You know in abrokyire nkrataa is everything and he cannot equate that to helping her with her schoolwork. The way he even started the interview by saying the girl said she loves him the girl said she wants to marry him etc, never did he say that he loved the girl too or liked the girl when they were friends. He clearly said because the lady brought the marriage proposal and she said she doesn’t want him to go back to Ghana he accepted. So he accepted because he wanted to get his nkrataa simple . No one is forcing him to stay He should stop badmouthing the girl. Never in the interview did he say he’s grateful to her.
