This video shows a typical day when my wife is asleep...all day. Yes, my wife sleeps all day and in this day in the life vlog, I'll explain why she does and get into some exercise I can still do along side my knee physical therapy for my recently repaired quadriceps tendon tear!

It's hard.. I have worked in this shift for 12 hours...till this month.. My system was behaving horribly... I couldn't feel normal and mood swings.. Hyper sensitive... Etc...

Is a PT the same as a physiotherapist? And are you on disability from work or do you see patients virtually while you’re healing? Your dogs must love you being home :)
