I'll have to incorporate a warm up like this; I like it. Interesting enough to note that according to the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), stretching should never be utilized as a form of warm up. You always should warm up before you stretch. An analogy I've heard is think of a rubber band like your muscle. Put a rubber band in a freezer, it will not freeze because it's rubber, but it will become dry and brittle enough to where it loses its extensibility (extensibility being one of the four characteristics of muscle tissue along with elasticity, contractility, and excitability). Warming up also increases synovial fluid secretion in your synovial joints and therefore decreases viscosity (think lubricant in a ball joint). Warming up - even more so than stretching - is the most underrated/underutilized phase of a good workout session. Increasing your heart rate while being gentle to the joint(s) is a fundamental start to a workout session.

It's sad that men like this aren't the leaders of our schools and communities. I know he does a lot for his community but I wish he was bigger than the clowns you see on TV.
You will be pleased to know,...more and more, men like this ARE entering the political arena lately. They see what is happening to the country and are stepping out of the shadows to Serve, again. Alot of the public are fooled by the misconception that SF guys are just testosterone filled yahoos,...when in FACT, they are HIGHLY intelligent and are expert problem solvers.

Have years experience boxing/Muay Thai when I was younger. Bags, mitts, thai pads, sparring. Got that double end bag because of your clips man…feel soooooo incompetent!! I hate that thing! Started working some more hand eye: it’s slipping at 50.
How do you progressively overload when doing so many different movements and so many different variations? It seems it would be a real pain to keep track of progress especially with power day.
@@MetalMotivation I know, but I thought in order to develop power and strength, its necessary to increase the challenge over time. It wasn't a negative question, I was just curious because I recently purchased cst and I really enjoy Pat's material that he puts out
