my workout routine - full week of gym 

hey youtube, i know a bunch of you have been asking about my workout routine and here it finally is. i was so nervous to make it because i still feel so new to the gym and i never workout by the mirrors so i just wasn't even sure what my form was like or if i'd be the right person to make a workout video. so i just introduced gym into my life in june of this year and so far it's only been a few months. howeverrr, i have been seeing really good results so i guess i must be doing something right. let me know what you think, if this helps, or if you have any questions. & let me know if you like this kind of video.
