I am WITH you on "Hawthorne"! I loved loved loved "The Inheritance Games", but i big fat DNF'ed The Brothers. I could not. I also DNF'ed "How to Sell A Haunted House". Definitely not my thing. But my number one worst book of 2023 was "You Shouldnt Have Come Here". Wtah was she even thinking writing that trash?

You absolutely do notttt! I know we have similar feelings about those themes and even though the story is well written it was absolutely too much for me to handle. Def going to be doing better research on trigger warnings this year! 🙏🏼
