@@noobguy9314 they would have allowed if it was an AeroBridge flight but non AeroBridge is not possible as the bus have a speed limit and can take time to reach the aircraft and can also get stuck in taxi way , and flight might get delayed due to it
I work for an international airline as a supervisor and if the mistake is from our end we offer free change. There are exceptions and waivers which are under my control as a supervisor of waiving additional charges if any. Not only that we offer refreshment vouchers.
1) You cannot access lounges with Kotak card. You will have to opt for a priority pass. 2) This Akasa air flight was supposed to be delivered to Jet 1.0 but has now been assigned to Akasa air. Due to global supply chain problems they have not been able to change the seats. A few Akasa flights will have seats without USB ports until the supply chain problems are sorted.
Lol you reported late to the airport and then for free publicity you tried putting all the blame at the airlines. No were in your video you showed the timing of ur reporting . You reported after the counters are closed. Ones counters are closed why will there be any staffs. Online check in closes 1 HR before the departure and it opens 48 Hr prior why didn't you do that. You could had taken your boarding pass online. But u didn't do that. Basic common sense hota hai . but nahi hath me ek camera n aaju baaju me kuch log ho toh can turn ur self as a victim to gain more publicity. Simple equation hai report on time at the airport.
I feel very sad that you had to go through such a horrible experience. I have heard that in US if you miss the flight due to the fault of the airline, airline needs to pay you at least double of the ticket charge and should take the customer to their destination on the airlines expense. I think such a rule should be there in India.
I want to share my experience with Indigo... My flight was at 11:15am but i was late by mins but still Indigo allowed me to board the plane .. the plane was ready to take off but they waited for me.. i was so grateful to them.
I’ve travelled the same route , blr - Mumbai - blr. Had no hiccups at all. Don’t be late and if your are regular flyer checkin when the window opens. You are nothing but wrong in this scenario.

Frankly did not see a single frame where the airline was wrong. You reported late, web check in is only 1 hr prior counter closure, staff are always cross-utilised, there are always flight change fees specially in ulca , most airlines have check in timing for accepting baggage, the aircraft you flew was a ex-jet aircraft that's why no charging port. Pls use social media in a fair way! All the best for your next flt.
Yes airline clearly says in there website it will be closed 1 hr prior and when you book tickets it says there are no free changes since low cost he have to read airline policy then talk

Mumbai Airport authorities should consider to have shuttles from T2 To T1 and Vice-Versa for travel. The transfer via the Internal road is just 10 mins. Otherwise the entire journey using the outside road may take 30 mins to 1 hour. Ministry of Aviation should take strict action in the LCC. Really bad customer service
Why simply blame the airline when you are late. Its an established rule to report to the airport 1 hr before. Why blame the authorities. Your few minutes delay causes the flight to delay unnecessary. Be fair to the airlines.

The aircraft you boarded was an ex- jet airways 737 max aircraft which was never used by jet and now it is taken by Akasa Air. That's why there is no USB charging sockets on the aircraft.

Indigo cancels, delays flights deliberately.. Had a recent experience after 15th Aug my wife had a flight on17th Aug she came 1.5 hrs before departure( Indigo CS mentions 1 hr before departure customer can drop baggage) but baggage drop was not allowed stating to passengers they should've arrived 2 hrs early, even same stupid reason was given to customers who were 2 hrs before departure, in fact they then mentioned flight was preponed by 10 mins without any prior notification, passengers were asked to pay 2500 rs for a delibrate flight change, they were threatened by staff to delete pics and videos happened with a lot of domestic and international passengers.. Basically Indigo was short staffed that day and they extorted money from customers...
I have horrible experience with Akasa air at Bengaluru airport I reached the counter 2 hours before my flight still then denied me to check in and the counter is closed I literally pleaded them but they denied strictly
Ye sahi hai.. Khud late se jao aur flight miss hone pe fir camera pakad ke bakchodi karo. Unavailability of web check-in was a technical mistake on their part, but arriving late is even a bigger blunder on yours. Have some shame and ethics to admit your own mistakes. Everything the airline said and did was completely justified in this video other than the web check-in part. May it be a learning session for you on punctuality.
Bhai tu late nahi aata toh itni problem hoti hi nahi, dekh tu khud toh late aaya aur phir company ko gaali deraha. Maine khud abhi recent mein Akasa se 2 baar fly kiya within a week. Dekh ticket pe bhi mentioned hota hai "boarding gate closes 1 hour prior". Aur rahi baar web check-in ki toh wo 48hrs pehle start hojati hai toh pehle hi karliya hota aur agar phir bhi kuch technical glitch tha toh 2 din pehle toh tu Akasa customer service se baat karke sorr kar lete yeh web check-in wali baat.
This is very common i think.Last time i booked ricket pune to patna Air asia.But i was late only by 10mins boarding time but they dont allow me.Even i was trying to connect as i was getting late to customarecare but they are fucking busy.8500 lost bcz of this nonsense.Again i booked by paying 6000.😀This is story Inke customarecare v top calss hai Air asia me aisa hai to baki to Bhagwan bharose hai
u travel a lot u should get a travel credit card with multiple airport lounge access eg. SBI Elite card and for life time free u can go with IDFC first credit cards.
Why do you think, visa platinum would work 😂 , it's one of the lowest level of visa tiers . Mostly lounge access is on visa signature cards and always check your card lounge access before going to the lounge
Very bad from Akasa Air.. usually a new airline provides good service, but this a huge blunder from them. And add to that, requiring the customer to pay extra is wrong. Atleast they should have offered a free reschedule considering it was their mistake. You should lodge a complaint with DGCA. Atleast tweet this whole story marking DGCA and Akasa Air. See what they reply. It will also help others to know about this and they will be careful. PS : You can get IDFC First Select credit card which offer airport lounge access and is lifetime free. It even has railway lounge access. Although its issuance depends on your credit score and income.
Grab them to the consumer court, if you complain just in video their no use, if you have courage then complain to the consumer court with proof, fine lagega tab sudhrenge

Why you late see policy they clearly says come early and checking will be close before 30 minutes or more depending on airline so why checking staff wait after closed. You can't blame the airline because you are late and flying with low cost airline that doesn't offer free changes or anything

I think you should read all the policies before travelling as I also worked in an airline and I saw so many people like some of you who arrives at the airport 1 hr prior to the departure and if the staff deny to provide them boarding pass they yell on staff without knowing the process and policies that 1 hr prior they need to close the counters and give all the passengers count luggage count and to print all the imp documents to the people who are working tirelessly outside the airport And the customers who came late they expect that we board them bcz it will take another 1/2 hr to again print fresh documents and provide updated count to all the staffs those who are taking care of the baggage,boarding and all If you are travelling by air then be on time 2 hr prior or 3 hr prior If I talk about web check in then you can do web check in 48 hrs prior of your departure not 1 hr prior your departure as the online web check in automatically closed 1 hr prior to the departure

I flew Akasa from Mumbai to Bangalore a couple of months ago - scheduled to land at 12.30am.....landed at 5.30am. Local bus operators have better standards than Akasa.....wonder whether DCGA is waiting for a major incident to look into their operations. Will never ever fly with Akasa.

Compare to everyone low cost airlines I find indigo is better. One time i was traveling international flight in indigo i have some issue with visa immigration not clear and after i went there i requested they rescheduled my flight for only 200 rs almost free
Bhai airplane community ki guidelines lagnai thi uske according aapko 3 hours ka andar flight reschedule nahi ki to aap ko 10000ka fine bhi milega aur flight rescheduled free
