Xbox 360 is my biggest library. I've got the whole Halo series, the whole Mass Effect series, the Batman Arkham games, and the Transformers Cybertron games among others.
The 360 is for sure a top 10 console for me. My biggest draw is by far the Cave Shootemups and the overall great representation of the 2D Shootemup genre. Another thing were the collection of downloadable games on the 360 live arcade. I first played stuff like Scott Pilgrim, Double Dragon Neon, Trouble Witches And Hard Corps Uprising here, although they were not all exclusives. My favorite 360 game is Mushihimesama Futari (Bug Princess 2).
@lina anil Play it. It's one of the best RPGs I've ever played. Combat, items, characters, and that story... I'll admit to multiple crying sessions due to that story...
I got a 360 around when Lost Odyssey came out, that was my ‘system seller’. Really enjoyed RDR, Tales of Vesperia, Amped 3 and Beautiful Katamari on there.
My favorite 360 games are: Lost Planet Colonies Edition, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Dead Rising, Gears of War 3, Halo 4, Lost Odyssey, Quake 4, The Last Remnant (One of my favorite RPGs of all time), Alan Wake, Dead or Alive 4, Condemned, Ninja Gaiden 2, and the Orange Box. Currently playing Ninety Nine Nights, and getting ready to play Blue Dragon and Halo Wars. I can't believe Lost Odyssey wasn't one of your favorites Reggie!
The Xbox 360 is my favorite console period. Thanks for showing your collection. The Xbox 360 is my biggest collection and I’m going for a complete set. I’m at 186/1097. I’m not sure on the actual number of games released for it in NA in 2020. I do have some of the Rarest Games for the System like Deathsmiles Hasbro Family Game Night Fun Pack F1 2014 Persona 4 Arena Ultimax NCAA Football 14.
I've been playing Ninja Gaiden II on Xbox One X lately, which got me into collection OG Xbox and 360 titles that are backwards compatible. It's so good on the X. 4K and perfect 60 fps, fixes everything that the 360 struggled with and looks razor sharp. Peep the Digital Foundry video if you don't believe me.
Systems that were dated mid 2008 and earlier had a GPU with a design flaw. Your 2009/2010 system will almost certainly be a Jasper or a Tonasket, the most reliable of the PHAT boards and it is very unlikely it will die due to GPU failure. R.I.P Felix did a great detailed breakdown of the flawed GPU design. He also did one for the PS3 YLOD too.
The background setup looks really good reggie. U should keep making videos with this kind of a background. The video really pops out and the lighting is great as well. Also gives a professional feel to the video. Keep it up man!!
Thats a cute lil collection, good quality of games, I have over 200 xbox 360games. Here's a few recommendations, not for everyone, Naughty Bear Gold edition(controls are meh, idea is weird, if u like hack and slashers), Raiden IV, Oddesy to the west, and Resonance of Fate. Cheers, good video.
I bought my 360 for fable 2 it's probably still my favourite game series (yea I'm hyped for the new one) but anyway it's cool to see something else as we all know you are more of a PlayStation guy
Got a 360 in fall 2006. Had three xbox 360s get the red ring of death, but the black 250 GB xbox 360 I got in 2011 on Black Friday still functions. The old ones had issues.
Xbox 360 has a great library of games but man what I most like is that not everyone collects for it and your still on time to get games for cheap! Hopefully we get one more year of getting physical games on GameStop and at the swap shop at cheap prices
As a collector ..with the 360 im going to be honest..i sometimes have a hard time finding some good titles ..because I'm mostly on Playstation..360 did grew on me over time as a respected system ...this is a great line up and a big help to add to my collection..i do have a lot of titles on the 360 but some of these im missing ...there are games u mentioned i definitely gotta pick up the sticks for ....and its going to make the collection a lot more awesome. thanks bro
I think by 2009 the red ring problem was fixed on new units, so probably not something you need to worry about. It was consoles from the first couple years after it came out (2005) that had problems.
360 has a lot of great games. Hard to pick top 10, but i agree with some of your choices. I wonder how niche it is over in Japan and China. I wonder if those owners of it view themselves as the hardcore of the hardcore because they sought out the underdog console and play it frequently. Good video Reggie and i like the fact you painted and modded your 360. I still play 360 for titles that aren't back compat with Xbox One.
I didn't get an XBOX 360 until December 2012, and the two reasons I got one were for Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and WWE 13. Now I collect like crazy for the system because it's fun to play.
Just wanted to point out (after reading the description) that Xbox Series X will be BC with everything that runs on the One, so that every BC game that runs on the One will run on the Series X. It does not mean that EVERY OG Xbox and 360 game will run on the Series X, altough im pretty sure after the release of the Series X we will start getting new OG and 360 games like we used to.
To be honest I've liked sime of the xbox games but I always had PS console. With the Xbix series X being backwards compatible im gonna pick that up and get some of them old Xbox games. Great vid reggie keep up the good work man
Great games Reggie! Been playing alot of Xbox 360 lately. Lately in the dead Space series. Finished the first one on normal and now part 2. Great great games
Well I got my copy of Ace Combat assault horizon based on your video. Game looks sick as hell. I loved the Ace Combat series, even before when it was Air Combat. Now, I’m trying to chase down a physical copy of Deathsmiles. I love those type of shoot em ups.
Thank you man thank you I thought I was the only one that actually love ace combat Assault horizon. The game is one of my top favorite ace combat games
Awesome collection, I would like to recommend a few if you ever get the chance to get them, Ninety-Nine Nights 1 and 2, The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings, and Armored Core For Answer are some gems to definitely have.
Some games I definitely recommend Warhammer space marine Time shift Witcher 2 Torch light Gta 4 lost episodes(my favourite gta game the lost and damned) Mercenaries 2 The saboteur Warhammer kill team(fun couch co op twin stick shooter) The godfather 2 Bound by flame The fable trilogy Kingdoms of amalur hell boy Xcom beaurau declassified
Great vid as always reg, need to add gears to that collection though! side note, have you checked out the eiyuden chronicles kickstarter? I think it'd make for a great video, I know you are a fan of the Suikoden series!
Hi Reggie, I’m new to the channel and love the content of this video, your intro is great. I’m trying to complete a 360 Pal set, got your self a new subscriber
Awesome video, I just did a Death Smiles unboxing video I found for around 95 dollars, so glad you did this video, I am starting to collect for the 360. I was biased towards it, I won't like I was a Sony and Nintendo fan and I still blamed Xbox for the death of Sega at the time. Even though that was inaccurate. So many exclusives for the system that I still need to get.
@radicalreggie WOW - saw R-type in the background, never knew it was on ps4 - had to download immediately. Hey Reggie - do a Best shoot'em up round up for this gen. I would love to hear your thoughts on the best of this gen!!!!!
I have historically not collected for Microsoft systems. For whatever reason I have been bound by all the stuff from Sony and Nintendo over the years. Awesome video Reggie! Can you tell me who was responsible for the painted picture in the intro of many of your videos?
For the first time I saw a Saints Row Game in your/Metal Jesus Rocks Channel. I already thought you two never heard of those games! 😂 I'm realy interested in your opinion about this game/these games.
If I remember correctly the Xbox series x is supposed to be backwards compatible with Xbox, Xbox 360 and Xbox one games. That would be a major reason for me to get the system but the thought of hunting down Xbox and Xbox 360 games makes me mentally exhausted.
All games that are made backwards compatible are also released digitally as well - so if you don’t like game hunting you can always just buy it on the system and downlod
@Radical Reggie, if you remember, Jason (Metal Jesus), did an Xbox 360 video and at the very end he mentioned in voice over that his original 360 red ringed while making the video. Don't curse yourself dude! LOL. Take care!
I've been trying to get all the region locked shooters, I got all the heavy hitters out the way thank god, sakura flamingo archives was a b!tch to find for a decent price! Luckily I found on a amazon.jp awhile back
I think the 360 is possibly my favourite console. Obviously if I play them today I'd rather play on Xbox 1X as a lot of them run and look better, but if I was stuck on a desert island only with games for that system I'd choose 360. |there are still a lot of games that were never made bc such as Forza, Blur, Riddick, PGR, Dirt, Need for Speed and Dance Central.
